Anyone got any alternatives?

No alternatives have been working for me, the ui shows up but the videos never load, same with cineby. Any advice? I’ve looked through this subreddit and can’t find anything

Pkgi keeps freezing, please help.

Tried to download Okami hd at around 6GB, it is constantly freezing the system while creating the RIF file. I’m at 4.93 on a fat model. Just modded it today

Are there any Morrowind ports?

The new 3ds xl is more than capable of running it, it has 4x that in ram than the original Xbox does, and that runs Morrowind fine.

If the steam controller price is $100 (fucking insane, I’d rather buy a GameCube at LAUCH price) then the steam machines price is bound the be bad. If you think about the difference between an extra controller at launch and the price of the console it’s for, the difference is bound to be similar for the steam machine. I’ve heard people say that it makes sense because steam won’t get as much money from games as other consoles, that’s just not true though. Steam takes 30% from all purchases (standard, still bad though). Another reason people say they won’t get as much money from game purchases is that people can use it to use just as a pc, and while that’s true I heavily doubt people won’t play games on theirs. If someone doesn’t play games and needs a computer for work or whatever the last thing they’re gonna get is the steam machine, it’s gonna be incredibly expensive and focused around playing games. Sony sold the ps3 at a $300 loss and made it back through game purchases, I don’t think it’s worth it for steam/valve to sell the steam machine at quite a loss but the profit they will be getting is definitely going to be too high, and they’ll be profiting through more steam purchases. Also I don’t really see the appeal to the steam machine, it’s a console pc hybrid, but what’s the difference between a steam machine and a pc? A home screen? Are people really gonna spend what will definitely be more money on a steam machine, than a pc?
