No Decision

Hey yall do you know if decisions are still being given out or not? I have a 91.3% and did alright on my ec / interview. I still have "No decision" on myfile so no rejection or acceptance or waitlist yet. Not sure what to expect tbh, I emailed them on like friday and they said they're still rolling out, but a lot of people here are saying it's done. Any news? thanks.

Laurier BBA vs TMU ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE

Hey everyone, I know this may seem like a no-brainer, but I'd still like some insight. I'm currently accepted into Laurier BBA and Tmu A&F. I live in Toronto so attending TMU would save me way more money then Laurier BBA (roughly ~$11k Tuition at TMU and no residency per year VS Laurier Bba ~$10-12k + roughly $10k for residency and another $5k for meal plan per year)

So obviously I'd be saving a lottt of money, and I come from a pretty low-income family, as in, I would have to rely on OSAP to cover me and any scholarship, summer-job, etc... The only positive to help my financial situation at Laurier is the CO-OP and using the money I get from it to pay off my debts before I graduate.

To be honest, I don't want to do accounting necessarily, and I know this might sound 'stupid', but I want to pursue the path that will lead to the most amount of money. None of the pipelines in business are "exciting" so I'm pretty neutral, but accounting seems like the lowest of all the main pipelines (like consulting, etc..).

So I'd like to ask if anyone is aware of the actual difference in salary after graduating from Laurier BBA vs TMU A&F, I know TMU is more focused on Accounting, but assuming I'm the average student at Laurier BBA, would it be worth the investment to attend the program. Obviously during the program I'm going to strive my hardest to succeed, but I'd like to know if the opportunity is worth taking in a general sense.

Sorry if this seems like a rant, I'm just conflicted on the matter and would like other's opinions, thanks!

Tuition + Dorm cost

Hey, I'm from a low-income family and live in Toronto. I'm currently waiting for Schulich, but if I don't get accepted, I think I'll attend Laurier BBA. My question is does anyone have a price breakdown for how much the first year tuition costs exactly, as well as the dorm costs. I know theirs breakdowns on google already but the ones on the official website all say different numbers compared to anecdotal responses from others. I'd just like to know how much a full-years tuition for a domestic student would cost. I'd also like to know how much the dorm costs, preferably for a single-style room. I know that the apartment-style suite might be cheaper overall due to the cheaper food plan, but could someone share their breakdown and feedback for me?

Thanks and excited to hear back.

Hello, This has probably been asked a bunch, but all previous threads have half-hearted answers. I've applied to higher tier business schools, but if / until I get accepted, I'd like to consider the differences between the 2 offers I currently have.

Is McMaster business or TMU Accounting and Finance Better?

To clarify, I live in Toronto, so obviously commuting to TMU would be better, but I also am not sure what specifically in business I want to do, I don't mind doing accounting but it's not like I have my mind set on anything yet. Also I wasn't offered co-op for TMU so I'd have to apply in my second year, and I'm pretty sure Mac Business also has a co-op you apply to later on.

Overall, I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts and opinions on the matter as unless I get Schulich or Laurier, I'd most likely end up going to one of these two schools, thank you.

I got a 91.3% Top 6 and applied to basically all the major business schools: Rotman, Schulich, Lauriel, Tmu A&F, Mac business, as well as Mac Health + Life Sci.

Realistically I don't think I'm getting Rotman, and I did 'ehh' on schulich interview, but what about the rest, I haven't heard from anything since my mark b4 this mid-term was bad so I was just wondering, thanks.
