I have a 10y old sedan so not interested spending much , I want to escape from this heat and also shouldnt be too much dark at night

So right now i drive a corolla 2015 , so i bought that used 4 yrs ago it only did 90k miles , and i drive like 8 to 10k miles yearly and mostly city ,

I am thinking abt upgrading it to a 2020 corolla(hybrid) but the cheaper once would be at 70 to 90k miles and i might need around 3000usd to upgrade

but i do feel like even if i spend 3000 usd its worth it , better car , better fuel ,

I might join there so any facts or rules and regulation , overall how is it academic wise and college life etc
