hello 24 M nagwowork palang sa isang gov agency, graduate ako ng IT, dumating na talaga sa point na hindi na talaga kaya tambak sa akin lahat ng workloads tawag dito tawag dun kasi sira daw yung ganto, printer kahit sa akin. tsaka encoder ang pos ko sa isang company. tsaka wala akong career growth parang na stuck ako sa knowledge dun taga input lang din ng mga results. okay lang ba mag resign kahit 6 mos contract ako sa isang gov agency?
IT ako sa isang hospital sa government (jo) hindi pang it yung work ko kasi nilagay ako sa ibang dept encoder na yung trabaho ko tsaka taga utos utosan lang, feeling ko wala akong makukuhang magandang exp pag ganto. tsaka yung sweldo sobrang delay halos umabot ng isang buwan palagi akong may utang para pang bayad ng bills tsaka rent ko, hindi ko ma budget yung pera ko kasi di ko alam kailan yung sahuran. di ko na alam gagawin ko parang na stuck ako pag di ako aalis na dito.
ang reason is ang delay yung sahud govnt hospt tapos almost 1 month bago mag sahud, tsaka ang hirap lang mag budget ng pera kasi nagbabayad ako ng rentals tsaka pang kain ko. 1 month pa lang ako dito sa work ko as job order ng gorvnt hospital :<
kaka resign ko lang sa work ko sobrang drain na kasi sa previous work ko palaging late makauwi walang ot ayon hindi na kinaya sa katawa nag resign :( kaya ito ngayon hanap ng hanap ng sideline or full time wfh sana graduate ako ng computer related huhu daming bills this month :(((
