TLDR: Indore metro's route is like a Ring Road but it doesn't have any line connecting North to South and East to West.

Point A is the airport. B is the end of Super Corridor. C is Radisson Square.
As of today, it is operational from A to B. Extension till C will be opened "soon". And the remaining section is under construction.

If we look at the 2nd picture, we can see that the density of population is very low where the metro is passing (A to B to C). It is a good thing that they have planned for the future, where IT parks will be there in Super Corridor.

But still, without the connecting lines in the centre, just the Ring Metro wouldn't make sense for many people. People who want to go from A to C have to sit for a long time (better than cars and two wheelers in traffic).

No other city, as per my knowledge, has a Ring Metro without the central lines.

Or, was it a strategic move to plan like this? do they have something in mind for the central densely populated areas?

I want it to be successful but I got this feeling.

I am working at a Big Four company (currently 13 LPA) since 5 years. I am a Frontend Engineer and also have been Scrum Master and PMO for projects with excellent ratings and a considerably good work life balance.

Company has tied up with MDI Gurgaon for PGDM Online (weekend classes) and willing to sponsor 50% of the total fees. Should I take it up? As I am unmarried, I feel that this will help me pivot to management roles pretty quickly within the company. Also, there is a 2 year bond that I should stay here for 2 years after completing this course.
