The sample is from a mossy patch by the Rideau river in Ottawa, Ontario.
A flatworm and something else. Maybe mosquito larva or a baby earwig? What could it be? Sorry about the bad focus, I couldn’t keep up with it.
*reuploading because I didn’t realize I had background audio in my video. Sorry.
Edit: a Chironomidae larva not a flatworm. Thank you for the correction :)

Reposting to fix the title.
Thank you to the Reddit user who correctly identified this as a flatworm and for providing me with the resource to correctly identify these animals in the future. I’m new to microscopy and I’m learning that I shouldn’t depend on ChatGPT/copilot to identify them as it seems they are almost always incorrect.
Found my first rotifers

3D Printed iPhone 17 Adapter for the Swift SW380T
Hi all,
I'm looking for some recommendations for a 3D printed (.STL) iPhone adapter for the Swift SW380T so that I can take photos/videos from the trinocular tube. I found this and was wondering if anyone else has printed this, or if anyone has found better adapters to print.
Thank you.

What’s it worth?
Hi,
I purchased this ESP LTD F-250 some time ago at a pawn shop and could never get the intonation set properly, so it’s been sitting for some time now and I am not sure how much it would be worth, as I’ve never sold a guitar before. I believe I paid $300 CAD at the time (about 10 years ago).
Thank you.
