I am beyond stressed from receiving no support over this issue and it would mean a lot for you to share.

Please, someone help me here. I really need advice on what I can do to recover my Roblox account, RedsReq. Roblox Support, please see this and help me.

My Roblox account, RedsReq, was compromised on June 28, 2026, and I have been unable to regain access. The account contains years of history and important projects and assets.

I have extensive proof that the account belongs to me, including purchase receipts from years ago, account history, previous account information, login history, screenshots, and other documentation.

Account Compromise Timeline

March 27, 2026 — Account compromised around 9:00–10:00 AM CT. I successfully recovered it afterward.

May 7, 2026 — Account compromised again around 2:00–4:00 PM CT. I successfully recovered it again.

June 28, 2026 — Account compromised again around 11:15 PM CT. This is the current compromise.

After the previous recoveries, the unauthorized individual was able to regain access again.

What Happened

After one of the compromises, I received an email from Roblox confirming that my account email was changed through a Roblox Support request. I did not request or authorize this change.

I believe the unauthorized individual contacted Roblox Support while claiming to be the owner and was able to change the account information and regain access.

The account was also changed to an unfamiliar .rip email address after the compromise. This email was never part of my legitimate account history, and the .rip address appears to be a throwaway or disposable email address associated with the unauthorized access.

The unauthorized individual has changed my username multiple times after gaining access, approximately four times or more.

They have also made purchases on the account and currently have a Roblox+ subscription active. These transactions happened after the compromise and should not be treated as proof of ownership.

My legitimate purchase history goes back years, including receipts from long before the account was compromised.

The Problem

I have submitted receipts that are more than 30 days old, along with other ownership evidence, but I still cannot seem to get a human specialist to review my proof.

Instead, I keep receiving the same automated response stating that my ownership cannot be verified and that I should contact the email provider for access to the email currently associated with the account.

The problem is that the email currently on the account is not my email address. It was added after the account was compromised, so I cannot simply contact the email provider and regain access to it.

I feel like I am stuck in an automated loop where every ticket receives the same response without my evidence receiving a proper manual review.

Roblox is a major company, and I am simply asking for a human specialist to review the complete history of my account and the evidence I have provided.
