Racking cider with berries.

Hey, so im currently looking at a cider recepie that involves racking the cider with forrest berries after fermentation. Is it wrong to think that the sugar in the berries would restart fermentation, and wouldn't that affect the amount of sugar neede for bottle carbonation?

The recepie itself doesn't say anything about it they just recommend adding a bit of priming sugar for the carbonation. I don't want any bottlebombs going off in my apartment 😅

Frakt i inom sverige?

Fear of being punished for doing fun things.

I know how weird and absurd this sounds like but these like last 5 years i have been stuck in the mindset that every time i do something i enjoy or think is fun somehow creates a reaction where i will get something bad in return.

No, it's not like i think there is a conspiracy or some entity planning my life or something like that but more of a feeling that "well if i go out on the town tonight something awful is gonna happen later at work/home/etc etc"

The worst thing is that its kinda true aswell, 4 years ago i went to a concert i really really had looked forward to and the experience was great, 2 days after arriving back at home i get so sick that i could barely get out of bed and then my cat got run over the next day.

Same goes for work every time i do something on the weekends work becomes hell to the point that the only thing i do is work, eat and sleep due to exhaustion.

Stuff like this never happens, ever, if i cancel all my plans. These 2 years i have denied every invite to every event and just have been sitting alone at home and it has been the most peaceful years in my life, dont get me wrong i hate it, i have lost almost all my friends or social contacts, any chance at dating is gone and im sad almost constantly, but no dead pets, no dead family members, no injuries, no stress.

Has anyone any similar experiences?

[Tomt] video of a guy opening a bottle that fountains its content while calmly saying "ahhh".

I think this video got several edits with different sounds/music and meme formats.

Good source for recipes?

Been doing homebrewing (mainly ciders) for a while now but always struggle to find good recipes, i have tried to come up with them myself (made a lemon cider that wasnt that bad) but mostly it dosent turn out that great, wich is kinda annoying after wating for so long before tasting...

So im looking for recommendations on webpages/books/reddit posts/any forum posts where i can find good and varied recepies for ciders/beers or other kinds of alcholic drinks. My only demand is that it's a propper recipe with measurements (preferably in metric) and not just a bit of that and some of that.

Thanks in advance!

Did any worldeater inherit angrons power?

As a nightlorder i often read about champions in the nightlord legion that inherited Konrads ability to see the future, has anything similar happened in the worldeaters legion?

As i understand it the butchers nails deleted angrons ability to absorb and remove pain and anxiety and im guessing the same goes for his sons but im not that good with the lore of the worldeaters.

Is this how Kharn calmed angron before the nails? By unknowingly using angrons own powers on him?

Good demo/beginner warband setup?

Non english speaker so im sorry for the way i write.

Hello, so me and my group of friends try to get together once or twice a year during the summer too play games, hang out etc etc familys and all. And this year im planing on bringing some frostgrave too play.

The thing is i have never played the game (currently studing the rules), neither have my friends, so im think about making 2 identical warbands that can be used against each other so everyone can try the game out. How would such a warband look like? Im not talking aesthetics but purely gameplay wise.

Im thinking like wizard and apprentice, 2 twohander, 2 bowmen and maybe a medic and then theifs?

Is this viable? I think i got the gold cost right.

If you have a similar situation or any tips it would be very appreciated!

Can emotions trigger outbreaks/virus trigger emotions?

I can go for months feeling down and depressed, like to an extreme degree but those times i never have a outbreak, never ever.

The moment i feel better, when i feel like life is pretty good i instantly get a outbreak, i clean my apartment, call my friends, go to social events and 2 days later i get a sore...

Is it possible that the virus can trigger happines for a bigger chance to spread? If there is a bigger chance that the host goes out and meets people it has a bigger chance of spreading i mean.

This also applies to sexuality in a way, i decided to stop being sexually active when i realised i had hsv but i can almost always pinpoint when im about to get a outbreak beacus thats the only time i crave sex could this also be the virus triggering emotion for a chance to spread?

Hard lemonade foam layer during fermentation?

Non eglish speaker here so sorry for the spelling,

Tdlr: hard lemonade created a foamy looking layer on top, curious what it is, could just be lemon fruit parts and yeast?

Hello people, I'm currently trying to brew som hard lemonade from a recipe i got from a friend. Simple stuff, lemon, yeast, sugar, and water. Had a hard time getting fermentation to start, and after 1 week and a half of almost no bubbeling at all i suspected that perhaps the brew was too sour for the yeast.

So i used a bit of sodium bicarbonate to highten the ph and ended up at about 3,5, i also added a smal amount 0.75g of new yeast thinking that the old might be dead.

Now this seems to do something because just 2 days later i got frequent bubbeling and it has only become more frequent. However i also got this layer of white foamish stuff on the top of the brew and im wondering if anyone elses have had this or knows what it is? Doesn't realy look like mold or other infectious material to me (compared to google images).

It might just be parts of the lemon and yeast that floats to the surface but i thought i might aswell check with you guys. Cheers.

Had hsv 1 since i was a kid and never really had a problem with it, outbreaks like 2 times a year, but these last 6 months i been stuck in a loop, i have been going to the gym (yea i know, i know, i disinfect everything i touch even if i dont have a outbreak) for like the last 5 years and never had a problem but now all of a sudden everytime i push weights i end up sick and get a coldsore, so i rest until the sores are healed and i feel fine again only for it to repeat after a week or 2.

Has anyone had the same? Should i maybe just stop gymming altogether? It would suck but you know it is what it is.
