So yesterday my ex called me and then hung up. It was so random have no seen or heard from him in 7 months. It was probably just an accident but yesterday was the anniversary of when we started dating. So that fact made me more freaked. I went threw all the ways you could acidently call someone and it is verry hard unless your scrolling threw your past call log, and if it was due to that he would have to scroll threw 7 months of past calls and I know he isn’t doing that lmao. ( I don’t have his number saved, he’s blocked on my socials/ I don’t follow him)
Idk if I’m over thinking this or if he’s trying to mess with me idk

Any tips on how to not feel physically sick when seeing an ex? It’s been around 6 months sence brake up and even seeing the people he’s friends with on Instagram makes me feel sick (I have blocked him and all Thoses people)
I do not want to spend more time worried if I’m ganan not be okay if I see them I want to find some healthy ways to maby calm myself or something if I’m in that situation where I end up seeing him please help me

If I text the 988 will they send people to my house??? sometime I feel like I need to text it but not in a way where I need to be stopped from doing anything I think about it a lot but I don’t want to do it I can’t I can’t make everyone else feel like how I feel if I do anything
