It happens with many time in school prayers .does not create any scenes when we wear pants and shirts but when it is lower and t shirt days ,I was qbsolute stressed as in school prayers teacher roam around you and if I point my hand there to adjust they will surely sees it . I then came with idea to wear tight underwear it lessens the bulks when it happens afterthat .this goes only middle schools .

From highschool i didn't wear game day dress so no problem
