My ICICI Lombard CAR Insurance got rejected due to FAKE NCB. NEED HELP.

New India Assurance policy expiry date- 4 Dec 2025

Pre-renew my policy- 13 Nov 2025 (with 20% NCB)

Raised a claim- 20 Nov 2025

Claim processed- 25 Nov 2025 (with New India Assurance)

Raised a new claim- 11 Aug 2026 (with ICICI)

ICICI rejected by saying FAKE NCB.

Now, I paid Rs 700, which is 20% NCB of my insurance and completed the NCB recovery process.

My Repair cost will be approx 30k.

Now ICICI is saying they will only pay 80%, and the rest 20% will be paid by me. Is this the standard process?

I think this is for cases when someone has a past claim and, in renewal, they mention no previous claim intentionally; then they are eligible to ask for such standard practices.

But my case is different, and now they are saying I must have updated them at the time when my policy was started with ICICI. Is this my responsibility?

ICICI Lombard asking me to pay NCB difference + 20% of claim amount — Is this correct?

I renewed my car insurance early with ICICI Lombard and received 20% NCB. Before the new policy started, I made a claim under my previous insurer, so ICICI says I was no longer eligible for that NCB.

I’m okay with paying back the NCB/premium difference and correcting the policy.

However, ICICI is also saying they will settle only 80% of my current claim, and I must bear the remaining 20% of the repair bill.

Has anyone faced the same situation? Is this 80% settlement standard/legal even after paying the NCB differential and correcting the policy?

Travelling to Thailand soon. Should I use Scapia or HSBC Premier for foreign spending?

I’m confused between using Scapia card or HSBC Premier card in Thailand. Which one is better for forex charges, exchange rates, rewards, and acceptance?
I already have HSBC Premier, and I have to apply for Scapia to see if it's worth it.

If you’ve personally used either card in Thailand, please share your experience. Also, should I use one as the primary card and keep the other as a backup?

Is Pro Ultimate Gym- Park Panorama Good? What are their 1-month/3-month charges?

  1. Is it crowded?
  2. How's the trainer?
  3. What are their 1-month/3-month charges?

I don't know; I will go for how many days or months, so I don't wanna get a 1-year membership in start.
I need a general trainer, not a Personal trainer, as it will be my first time for any Gym.

Which cards do you use for Fuel spends?

I recently received BPCL SBI octane, but 6.25% is very low. Any better cards available?
Or any card that provides RPs on FASTag recharges?

Which cover is best for Iphone 17 Pro Grey variant?

personally don’t like transparent cases. Armor cases completely hide the beauty of the grey variant. So, what is the best case that highlights the grey color of my phone while also providing protection?

iPhone 17 vs 17 Pro — is the Pro actually worth it, or is it mostly a flex?

The regular 17 already seems good enough for most people. The price jump to the Pro is huge, and outside the camera, I’m struggling to see why so many people still go for it.
Genuinely asking: is there some real advantage I’m missing, or is it mostly just “I wanted the better one”?

Need suggestion: courier aggregator with dead weight waiver up to 1kg

I’m currently using Delhivery Direct. They provide a dead weight waiver up to 1kg, meaning if the dead weight is 1kg but volumetric weight is around 1.5kg, I’m still charged in the 1kg slab.

The issue is that their wallet recharge/payment charges are quite high, so I’m looking for alternatives.

Can anyone suggest courier aggregators or logistics partners in India that offer a similar dead weight waiver up to 1kg?

Main requirement: Dead weight up to 1kg should be charged as 1kg, even if volumetric weight is slightly higher

Would really appreciate real user experience, especially from e-commerce sellers.

Thug Spotted In Bathinda- Pancham Verma (7508379470)

Scammed me for 1 Lakh. Never hire him for any kind of work. Mostly available near RTO office Bathinda and take RTO-related work like vehicle number registration or RC transfer. Will only take payment and never do the work, and never return the money. His lies are next level.

Someone gave a reference, and I did the full payment, and then the worst time of my life started.
I raised the complaint at the Civil Lines police station and Staff knew him very well like he is their normal client. Police officer said he is very good guy and will return the money in 3months. It's been More than 1.5years and he only returned 30k till now.

To date, he will say, I will return the money. I am not going away, but the question is, will he ever return the money or not?
Uncle, from whom I got his reference, now says he is a Gunda type, so don't mess with him anymore. Moreover, uncle said you are lucky enough you got 30k back, he never return any money to his clients. Btw uncle is good and he tried a lot that's why we got 30k back after 3-4 months, but after that he is not giving the remaining amount.
