Huge thanks to everyone for the support! It’s an incredible source of motivation for me and constantly fuels my passion to keep developing the game.

But I do have one small complaint
I’ve received a lot of positive feedback from many people, but very few suggestions about what you’d actually like to see in the game.

This should be a community-driven game, and it also needs to give YouTubers plenty of opportunities to create fun content around it. That’s why I want us to build it together! 🚀

This is my game Troll List:

• Guitar Troll = Plays weird melodies around the hospital with the guitar he just bought and causes disturbance.
• Basketball Troll = Dribbles his legendary basketball around the hospital and causes disturbance.
• Chicken Troll = Thinks the hospital is a veterinary clinic, forces people to examine the chicken from his farm, and causes disturbance.
• Pick-Me Girl Troll = A teenage girl who recently broke up with her boyfriend; she comes to the hospital to take IV drip selfies to make him jealous and causes disturbance.
• Sportsman Troll = Suddenly starts doing push-ups around the hospital with his huge muscular body and causes disturbance.
• Thief Troll = Kidnaps your patients from the hospital and causes disturbance.
• Exploder Troll = Innocently approaches hospital beds asking for help, then suddenly blows himself and the bed up, forcing you to buy a new bed.
• Shitter Troll = Approaches beds disguised as a patient and starts pooping, causing disturbance.
• Dancer Troll = Goes to random spots and performs epic dances, causing disturbance.
• Blocker Troll = Thinks he knows better than you and prevents you from treating patients, causing disturbance.

All of these trolls are already fully game-ready and will be included in the demo!
I’m trying to make my game completely focused on absurd comedy and pure fun.

So, what kind of trolls would you like to see?

With this mechanic, we’ve added 5 different threat types to our game. One of them is a threat called ‘Exploding Patient,’ which approaches a hospital bed and, after a short time, explodes and destroys it. How does it sound? How else could it have been designed?
