so the tech person said that "motherboard short padh ja raha hai" and for that i need to replace it with a new model motherboard. or i could buy a new laptop. which one is cheaper?

i have reasons:

1. they care more about whether we're wearing their brand t-shirts or not. they dont give a fuck if you don't get into a govt med college, they just care whether you're carrying their blue bag which has their logo stitched in big white letters.

2. during admission, i provided every fucking information about my mail id and phone number and parents' phone number where i was supposed to receive the test marks via sms. DURING FILLING UP THEY MESSED UP EVERYTHING. put my email id in place of my parents'. FORGOT TO INCLUDE MY PHONE NUMBER. complete irresponsible staff.

3. the myaakash app is stupid. it doesn't have proper notes. you aren't able to see the score of your practice tests right away. the clas links DONOT SHOW IN THE APP AT ALL.

4. i left one aakash branch and then they still KEEP CALLING ME FOR NO REASON. EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM THAT IM NOT INTERESTED. they call ALL THE TIME AND IN THEIR SAME MONOTONOUS VOICE SAY: "hello ma'am my name is nikhil, am i talking to _____-" and then i cut the call and block the number. THEY ALWAYS FIND A NEW NUMBER TO CALL ME FROM. ITS LIKE RIDICULOUS.

5. i signed up into their website once to access a PYQ and since then they never fucking stopped contacting me. it's like aakash is my toxic ex that keeps trying to get me back. like, bitch i don't want you stfu.

6. I just forgot to wear the aakash shirt ONE DAY. and the very fucking day they called my parents and complained about it. stupid institute istg

7. they refuse to change the teacher even though 90% of the students of the batch don't like how a particular teacher teaches. end me pw se hi online padhna padta hai bhai, kya fayda hai

8. they do casteism with students' marks and don't clear doubts of people who get less marks wth
