Cleared Swamp, Snake, and Halls. About to head to the Depths. Have a Trove I can open with Abyssal Rune so will try that if I make it that far.
Can pretty reliably kill almost everything from a distance but def feel squishy and missing resistances. Classic Coglin Problem tbf.
Worth it to dump everything into Shapeshifting for Lichform?
I'm thinking Parrying since I have more trouble not taking damage than killing enemies. Do Coglins get two triggers of Infusion though? Not sure how much damage I would be giving up.
Hi there, back on my DCSS after not playing for several years.
Playing Demonspawn Gladiator, got a solid +5 freezing Scythe off of Sigmund. I remember back in the day the min delay and max level for Scythes made them not really worth using at least early/mid game. Looks like now the delay/skill cap is much more reasonable.
Haven't found a shield or better one-handed polearm yet, any reason not to use this thing?
