Best Ibanez with HSH pickups (for beginners)?

Um a somewhat beginner with guitars, I own a old GDR Acoustic, I was thinking about getting an Ibanez becouse they got guitars fir a pretty good price (my goal was around 250€/290$ (I aint got more for the guitar).

The thing is thath I was thinking about getting something like the grg170dx becouse I dont just like the Design but it has HSH, but I will buy the guitar later this year AMD then it will cost 300€/350$

So I would like zo know if anyone coukd recommend me a Ibanes For my price Range (250€/290$) thath has what I asked for.

I want to play Something more Rock to metal , bit want the guitar to be versatile , if u thing I could chose a Complete other pickup just tell, and why i should.

Thanks in beforehand and for taking your time.

Beginner PPL routine, looking for feedback and improvements

Hey everyone,

I've been going to the gym and put together this Push/Pull/Legs routine. My main goal is building muscle. I'd really appreciate any feedback or suggestions on what I should change, add, or remove.

Push (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps)

Chest Press – 3 × 6–10 (15 kg)

Incline Chest Press – 3 × 6–10

Shoulder Press – 3 × 6–10 (10 kg)

Dumbbell Lateral Raises – 3 × 8–12

Cable Triceps Pushdowns – 3 × 8–12 (27 kg)

Rotary Torso – 3 × 10–15 per side (100+ kg)

Pull (Back, Biceps)

Lat Pulldown – 3 × 6–10 (41 kg)

Seated Row Machine – 3 × 6–10 (45 kg)

Dumbbell Bicep Curls – 3 × 8–12

Dumbbell Hammer Curls – 3 × 8–12

Legs

Leg Press – 3 × 6–10

Leg Curl – 3 × 8–12

Leg Extension – 3 × 8–12

Calf Raise Machine – 4 × 10–15

Back Extension – 3 × 8–12

Plank – 3 × 30–60 seconds

Is there anything important I'm missing? Are there any exercises you would replace or add? I'm still relatively new to lifting, so I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Can I upgrade my GPU with a 180W power supply?

I got a prebuild pc, and not thath much money for a new pc , just myby a upgrade to my prebuild (its a HP Pavillion 560-p063ng)

Specs:

CPU: Intel i5-6400 (2.70 GHz, 4 cores,)

GPU: Intel HD Graphics 530 (integrated)

RAM: 16 GB G.Skill

Power supply: 180 W

Measurements: Idle (Windows desktop): about 37–40 W

CS2 (low to max settings): mostly 50–60 W, peak at max settings 70 W (with like 2 fps)

CPU stress test (CPU-Z): 49–52 W stable

There is a PCIe x16 slot available, so a GPU upgrade should technically be possible.

My question: What GPU can I safely run with this setup and a 180 W power supply? Would a 75 W GPU be safe or too risky?

I just want to play a bot cs with my friends and minecraft on better Graphics and stuff

I’m trying to identify a creature or entity from mythology, folklore, or demonology that matches something I vaguely remember.

It’s described as being invisible or hard to see, and it seems to approach people from behind. It gives the feeling of a dark presence and like it is watching or attaching itself to someone.

The part I remember most is that it feels like it can grab onto a person from behind, around the shoulder/back area, almost like it is pulling or trying to hold on tightly. It has a dark atmosphere or energy around it, but it usually stays hidden or unseen. It could be thath it is something thath something like a witch binds to you.

I’m not sure if it’s from European folklore, demonology, or maybe something from horror mythology.

Does anyone know what creature or entity this could be , any idea
