Do any of you have interior rattling and what type of sealant/adhesive should I use?

2010 Base Model. After doing an extensive search I couldn't find any related posts. I'd like to get all if even most of the rattling of the interior, most of it seems to be coming the dash from the top corner speaker on the right, and the mesh grill just below the clock. What would any of you recommend the type of glue I can use to seal the noise coming from the dash? Any procedure in taking it apart or do they just pop off? I think most of the rattle is due to the hard shocks I have on my truck; Bilstein 5100's. They're great at high speeds on crappy roads, but in town, it rattles my fillings loose too.

Has anyone ever found or come across someone you know from Church?

This is interesting and its been something I have been afraid of happening. So has anyone, doesn't matter your faith, but have you ever accidentally stumbled across a church member? I mean, I think it would be hilarious to find another church member, you know, great minds think alike? Or, imperfect minds think alike. I don't think I would feel shame nor feel the other should. We're all human. But it would be hella awkward to run into them at church.

At this point, wouldnt it be better to try and hook up with a couple or partner at a bar? I am new to the app business and never knew where to start, especially being married, wife wants to but thinks she's too out of shape and insists I go solo with the "spare me details" or "either work overtime wink wink", or "you are going to the gym" kind of thing. I have not yet ventured out. In a way, I don't trust apps, or people and rather us do it together. Sorry I went segway and tangent mode

Any suggestions on real wood scented candles or wax melts?

I did a search already and have not found anything. I've been looking for that wood scent you get when you walk into Lowes or Home Depot's wood section. Not a pine or Xmas tree scented but something like a real Fir or cedar saw dust, almost the same scent you'd smell when you walk into a kitchen with new cabinets. Any suggestions on Etsy?

Can anyone suggest a workout routine as beginner to intermediate?

I am wanting to incorporate some style of leg and arm work like combos, drills and such to my workouts. So in other words, does anyone here have a combo set to start on and with what equipment like type of bag be it a Bob or regular heavy bag, type of speed ball or double end bag.

Thank you

Are there any photo editing apps besides PS, that do not require a subscription?

I am trying to create a logo, or idea to put onto a challenge coin. I have lots of ideas, and images to sort through and arrange into ideas but I only know the old school way....paper and pencil. What I am looking for is maybe a program or software, where I can take an idea or say, find a photo image from online, find a subject in that image, then crop it just so to use on another photo, use a transparency tool to blend both together, take other cropped out images or shapes from another photo, arrange into a circle, put some lettering, wham bam boom. I have too many ideas to just sketch out on paper and detail and only so much time to do it till deadline. I am new to Photoshop. I have a copy of PS7 but since then, software and updates have changed over the years I doubt it will work with Windows 11. I wonder if Windows 11 has any apps I can buy without a subscription. Ugh, subscriptions

Those who suffer from constipation, what are your diets consist of?

I have had constipation all my life and I think I get from my mothers side. Though its manageable, yet, if you don't manage your nutrition correctly, bad things can happen, like hemorrhoids.

What I wanted to find out is what do you all think is the cause or what exacerbates this on your ends (no pun intended). Mine is: Caffeine or too much coffee (I love coffee) or caffeine energy drinks containing copious amounts of caffeine. Iron supplements, calcium supplements, cheese, tea (I love tea) , and worst of all, Hibiscus, or better known as Jamaica, that tangy or bitter like red purple drink.

So if any of you are taking, eating, or drinking any of what I mentioned, of course everyone is different, then pay attention to what you intake. It might help if you suffer constipation that results in hemorrhoids.

Any tips/tricks/suggestions on manipulating a photo of small clearing?

For example, I'd like to turn a photograph of a small garden clearing into a fantasy world. I'd like to sort of make the backdrop of the photo look huge possibly. Let say I took the photo close to the ground to appear as if I was taking it at that level in real life (but of course, I was kneeling down), like from a toy perspective.

So the question would be, which software, other than Photoshop (though that may be the go-to) could I use to maybe manipulate the backdrop or background of an already taken photograph of e.g. the bushes, flowers, twigs, rocks, etc. in the background to appear to be bigger than life? There is also AI, but that seems like I'd be cutting corners with AI.

I'd also like to take objects out of the photo, and unwanted objects, areas, sky or buildings, out of the background of the photo. I have looked up photo or focus stacking, force composition, and extending, but I still have to research those techniques.

Forgive me, I am new to this.
