New to plurality. How to deal with a headmate experiencing psychosis? One headmate was stressed about it that she began cutting too. Any resources?

So (host) me, is diagnosed as schizophrenic. Idk how it relates to my voices but one of them is experiencing psychosis now, one headmate also began cutting due to stress. Everyone is busy and supportive. It's not my first time taking care of a sick family so I'm a bit chill (I guess being mental instead of irl also helps?). Currently I'm researching ways and websites on how to support a psychotic loved one. Does she needs meds? Irl (currently taking meds btw) or imaginary ones? Idk what to do so can anyone give advice?

Looking for philosophies without G-d??

Two months ago, I got very delusional and thought I was talking to g-d. The realization that it was mental illness was so painful and so heartbreaking, I thought this time, I had it, I'll feel "secured/shielded" from harshness of life. I was damn wrong. G-d does not exist! He never did!

I'm looking for philosophies to supplement my life. To help me get up back again, this time without g-d. Hopefully, you could give me some resources. :(

What's an alternative for religious beliefs? Asks by new reluctant atheist

I couldn't believe in god anymore. I tried so hard, hoping that this time will be different! That finally I'll have faith, again. But it only lead to two months of delusion and hallucinations thinking I was talking to god! There is no turning back now. Either I'm an atheist or delusional.

Have I been working with angels without my knowledge?

I tried the gallery of magick book about angels, did not finish reading the book but did some rituals.

Earlier that month I traditionally prayed to Saint Michael and spent two weeks getting out of the house (I'm agoraphobic) and cleaning the house, taking care of my parents. I was praying very much at the time and 'thought' I was talking with saint michael, turns out I was duped and was talking to some false spirits, they did give some cookie cutter advice. I was like "Damn! I was ready to give all!"

Anyway, by the third week I did the ritual (in the book) and dared Saint Raphael to heal my mom as she's already has diseases and I'm tired talking to fake spirits, that very night, my mom was sent to the hospital for various diseases, my mom is healed a bit now but is taking a lot of medications and she's still struggling.

I tried talking to Saint Raphael and ended up talking to some fakers again (I think I got parasites??? I don't know??) so I stopped.

This time, I'm not trying to talk to angels as I have discernment problems so I decided to just focusing on researching about Saint Michael (something I did not do because I was stupid and impatient. Also I might look at Saint Raphael's information too before talking to them, maybe after two months??). It's been two weeks and my life keeps taking turns for the worst, my mom's disease, my social phobias.

Tbh, I'm actually learning A LOT of life lessons since I did the ritual. I can't say I hated the result (I love my mom), but I'm learning a lot of wisdom from a very short time. I actually like it.

If people could do reading for me that would be great! I don't get dreams about them though, also I've had some two signs from Raphael or Michael??? But I still don't know who I'm under too.

Edit: I actually got another sign, "She's problems with appearance, but with the right people she'll do fine. Be careful of people with false appearances, they don't have your best at heart."

I just thought that people might ask what wisdom I've learned so here it is:

- it's best to stick to your principles cause people's opinions are fickle and subject to fast change.

- it's okay to have expectations if you can meet them (my parents never had expectations of me so when I was left to my cousin's house, I was expected to help do the chores, I actually liked it and realized expectations might not be bad).

- it's okay to tolerate people as they tolerate you too, it's best to keep things civil, there's no need to burn yourself trying to change their opinion.

That's all on top of my head atm.

Edit: here's another one

- it's okay if people talk behind your back as it's normal, they too talk behind each other's backs. It happens to your family, friends, neighbors, celebrities, etc. it's normal to complain.

How to change my inner critic to be more aligned to God??

Two weeks ago I started my journey to Christ. But then, these thoughts started happening, doubting everything I say or do about Christ. My head is hurting and I'm tired trying to prove myself. It doesn't shut up. I thought I'll be understanding, at first it worked.. but after two weeks it just became very annoying. I would like to change my inner critic but idk how.. :(

Tips for a beginner? organizing information

So I just started almost a week now, and I'm having trouble organizing each information to make it easily retrievable. I'm trying to memorize (not fully) a textbook, and the way the information is stored is a bit of a mess because I relied on the chapter's series of topics, (example, T1 then T2 then T3 then T3.1 then T3.2) it's kinda like this and I want to get a useful topic immediately without going into the first parts that aren't related to what I want to retrieve.

How do you organize your topics? Do you make another room? Like walking on a road, entering a house then leaving for another house? Do you get the idea??? Sorry my English isn't strong..

How can I deepen and expand on my class classification? I feel happy about it but I feel like there's still things needs editing?

There are two paths in my magic system, Left hand (individual) and Right hand (Community). LH focuses on the goals of the individual while RH focuses on Community.

There are four classes in my magic system, (Demon/Angel) Magician and Witches/Sorcerers.

Magicians are rigid and based on rules, their magic is structural and hierarchical.

Demon Magis (individual) have magic circles to entrap demons and forced them to do their bidding using the name of Gods (Holy family), their goals are focus on the material and hexes (wealth, fame, etc.)

Angel magis (community) on the other hand, focuses on rituals that calls an angel and would act as their Holy weapon. Their focus on being closer to the Gods and being their best selves (kinda like christianity but with a mother in it), they believe that once you followed the Gods order, you'll become part of gods.

Now, there's Witches/Sorcerer, non magicians who's deities aren't the Holy family.

Witches (RH) are pillars of their community, their magic is about dealings, they make deals with spirits and gods then negotiates a limit. Their primary goal is to protect a community of people or creatures whether magical or just animals. They believe that they'll be part of nature once they die, and they must protect them because it means they'll flourish too.

Sorcerers are witches but focuses on the commercial, they negotiate and makes sure they're on the top, to people's detriment, they can be like snakes oil person but their methods are true. Their goal is also material.

Because of this, LH people tend to rich but lives short, and RH people tend to be poor but lives long.

(... How can I deepen and expand these more and add more conflict? I feel like the conflict is partially defined but self contained depending on the character. Angel magis and Witches will definitely team up, but Demon Magis and Sorcerers would not. DM/Sorc. Will focus on gaining leverage and more power, I honestly find that more interesting. But what about AM/Witches. I feel like AM will be overpowered because "Angels" and I want to nerf that for the story to make sense, I don't really know what to do with the witches? Any ideas?)

Can you be social and still unmask?

I've tried a couple of times to be social.. Yung tipong cheerful yung voice, smiling a lot, open body language.. in the end it only lead to burn out and depression. I want to be social but not to the expense of my mental health. Can you still manage to fit in without masking?

Is there a way to learn social skills without masking?

I haven't been out for months. I am reserved, quiet, and keeps to myself. I've tried being social before, being cheery, smiling a lot, for four times within last year and it fucking sucks! I always end up in depression and burnt out after a week and it's shitty! I still want to learn social skills but not in expense of my mental health. Is it possible?

How do different modalities/therapies tackle self kindness, changing negative beliefs?

On my other post, the one commenter mentioned different modalities on how they view self talk and now I'm curious.

How does your modalities differ from the other and how do you tackle "change" or if not change, "acceptance and self kindness". The only stuff I know is CBT that deals with changing the thoughts from the root cause, and IFS which deals with parts and has similarities with schema therapy.

In the internet where self kindness and change is thrown a lot, based on your expertise/modalities, how does one actually do it, why do people fall back on their negative behaviors.

(Sorry if I'm not clear, my English is not very good.)

What if self kindness leads to nothing? Does criticizing your inner critic works more?

So.. A lot of people swears by self kindness and that you deserve this and that, but what if your brain creates these mental gymnastics that twists the meaning you intended? For example, if you intend to be more "responsible" but your brain twists it by saying "you've done a lot and just rest for a while" despite the task being 1% done, basically whispering these sweet words to lay you down, what does that mean?

I find myself cussing my inner critic and calling the bullshit my brain says, and it works very much, I try to make it small (humiliating it). Does that work in the long run? Or there are things I misunderstand about these self talk thing?

Hi, so I have 9 protagonists, all protagonists of different franchises meeting one another and forming as a team, and I want to write a story alternating between them, nobody really is the main mc. But now that I'm eight chps deep (using single pov chp), I'm really struggling to transition into the next plot point. Should I cut each sections into different pov to make it easier?
