Where to start hrt specifically T?

I'm a baby trans wanting to start T (in the US) and I was wondering where to even start? like is this a question I should ask my PCP or should I find a new doctor all together? where did you start? and I already have a diagnosis of gender dysphoria if that helps

where do you get your androgynous fits? (image unrelated)

i feel like clothing is rarely talked about when presenting as androgynous and im curious! mixing womens and mens section clothing in one outfit definitely works but i wonder what others do! and maybe some brand recommendations?

roots theory: ralsei is a tree in the light world

the word "roots" shows up a lot throughout the chapters. within the sound tracks and some motifs (watch roots theory videos for specifics!!) but that begs the question why?? ralsei is a special darkener being the prince of darkness and not turning to stone in any dark world. how? i believe asriel died in the light world and his ashes were spread somewhere (i havent figured that out yet) and his essence was trapped in a tree underground which has roots touching every dark world. also he probably knows about the prophecy because dess is evil somehow (they were dating) and is maybe some boss or even the dark knight under the lake and killed ralsei! (this is a rough theory i might try to put it together much more concisely but gimmie your feedback!)

why orange is "not human"

i was replaying undertale to get a better look at gerson but the various mouse holes (with cheese) caught my eye. it might have been a goofy little toby joke in undertale but i think orange being a mouse who is sensitive about the topic of cheese (cheese always being justttt out of reach and stuck to the table) is an intentional nod to this!

sketchy piercer?

i got my navel done 2 days ago and i didnt take her cleaning advice because i have other piercings and it just felt off. first of all she came out high and told me to clean with bar soap. is this a red flag? ive been cleaning with a saline spray x2 a day. also is it pierced correctly?
