If a car was inspected by both a dealer and a mechanic, do I need a PPI?

I'm looking into buying a 2010 Toyota Rav4 (base model) with 165k on it. Dealer's asking $7800, with CA taxes, it'll likely be another $800 on top of that, plus registration. Car's been kept in California the whole time and has regular service.
A month prior, the car was inspected at a Toyota dealership, and then a week later it went to a mechanic where extensive work was done:
Fuel injection system flushed/serviced
Fuel injector(s) replaced
Spark plug(s) replaced
Valve cover gasket(s) replaced
Valve cover(s) replaced

The dealership is getting a lot of inquiries, and if I can show up with cash ASAP I can have it. But I'm hesitant to rush into this. I have a mobile mechanic who costs about $200, so I'm wondering if it's worth it. But that'll take time to get him there, and I may miss the sale? Or if I should just wait to find a cheaper car overall?

Airtag location incorrect, and my iPad can't find it

I paired a new Airtag with my iPad before I left on a trip. When I got home, my Airtag was missing. When I check the Find My app on my iPad, it says the Airtag is right next to me. No matter where I move the iPad (even taking it to work), the Airtag is always right where my Ipad is. When I tell the Airtag to make noise, the app says "Airtag Not Reachable". Any clue what's happening?
When I mark it as lost, I'm constantly getting messages that the Airtag has been found.

I picked up a 100-year old pocket hiking guide called "Principal Trails of Angeles National Forest" - and it had notations in it from a man who took it hiking!

I really want to go on a guided multi-day rafting or canoeing trip, but they all involve mornings. It's not possible to do a private trip with one client in any affordable manner, but I was wondering if I could get enough people together if we could convince a company to do it.

I'm trying to get more details on the outdoor trips they took us on, looking for people who remember details or have pictures. The camp apparently lost the records due to an incident with a belligerent employee.
