Smells incredible

Lots of corse salt leave it overnight.
Wash off the salt the next day.
Use the spices you like the next day (no salt)
Wrap in paper towels and put it on the fridge for 2 weeks.
Make sure seats on a rack for air flow
It’s delicious
Salt it’s cured the meat so it’s safe to eat .

Simple foods are so delicious
Fry chicken first with the spices of your choice.
Add sliced onions in the oil you frayed the chicken let it cook add tomato’s and roasted red peppers add the chicken back on and let cook little more
Add garlic if you like

The tomatoes salad so simple and delicious
Tomatoes,onion,half lemon juice ,feta cheese ,avocado oil,basil,salt and pepper.

Got it 1 month ago .The vine looked mature with flowers.
For my surprise got 5 passion fruit all ready
Growing very fast .Leaving in Florida the weather helps.
Underneath I put cucumbers from seeds already start sprouting
Will be a great shade later on .
