Product Manager / Business Analyst / Project Manager job hunt is slowly driving me insane 😭

Not gonna lie, I'm getting a little frustrated.

I've been applying for Associate Product Manager, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Operations, and Founder's Office roles across Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Remote.

I've worked in startups, worked directly with founders, managed projects, handled stakeholder communication, product execution, operations, and have a technical background as well.

Yet somehow my daily routine has become:

Apply → Hope → Follow Up → Ghosted → Repeat 💀

So I'm trying Reddit now.

If anyone knows of any openings, referrals, hiring managers, startup founders, or companies looking for someone in Product, Project Management, Business Analysis, Operations, or Founder's Office roles, I'd genuinely appreciate any leads.

Also, if you're a founder building something interesting, drop your startup name and what you're working on in the comments. I'd love to connect, learn more about your journey, and see if there's any way I can contribute.

And if you can't help directly, an upvote would genuinely mean a lot. It costs nothing, helps this reach more people, and maybe gets it in front of someone who's hiring.

At this point, I'm networking harder than I'm sleeping. 😭

Thanks everyone. 🙏

Exhausted with the job search. PM with 2.8 years of experience. Looking for opportunities in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai or Pune.

Hey everyone,

This is probably one of the hardest posts I've written

I'm Nikhil and I have around 2–2.8 years of experience across Product Management, Product Operations, Project Management, Business Analysis, SaaS products, startup operations, and stakeholder management.

Over the last few months, I've been applying, interviewing, networking, reaching out to recruiters, and doing everything I can to land the right opportunity.

The difficult part is that I've actually started getting traction. Interviews are happening. I've even received an offer recently.

But the challenge is that the opportunities I'm getting are often in locations I never planned for, while my priority has always been Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, or Remote.

I'm currently living away from my family and, honestly, it's becoming emotionally and financially draining. Every week feels like a cycle of interviews, waiting for updates, follow-ups, and uncertainty.

At this point, I don't think I'm looking for the "perfect" job anymore. I'm looking for a place where I can contribute, grow long-term, and finally get some stability.

My background:

• Product Management & Product Operations

• Business Analysis

• Project Management

• SaaS & Startup Ecosystems

• Stakeholder Management

• Agile/Scrum

• Requirement Gathering & PRDs

• UAT & Product Delivery

• AI Tools & Automation

• Developer → Product transition

📍 Open to:

Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, or Remote

Immediate Joiner

If your company is hiring, if your team needs a PM/APM/Business Analyst/Project Manager/Product Ops professional, or if you know someone who might be hiring, I would genuinely appreciate any leads, referrals, or introductions.

Happy to share my resume.

Thank you for reading. 🙏

Mumbai native currently in Hyderabad, lived in Pune for 2 years — received an offer in Udupi but no final confirmation from metro-city opportunities. What should I do?

Mumbai native currently in Hyderabad, lived in Pune for 2 years — received an offer in Udupi but no final confirmation from metro-city opportunities. What should I do?

Hey everyone,

I'm originally from Mumbai, currently based in Hyderabad, and I also lived in Pune for about 2 years. Recently, I've received an offer for a Product Manager role. The company looks good, the role aligns well with my career goals, and the compensation is decent.

The catch is that the company's HQ is in Udupi, Karnataka. I've never been there and don't know much about the place.

At the same time, I'm still interviewing with a few companies in metro cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. However, I'm not getting any final confirmation or concrete timelines from them, while this offer is already in hand.

So I'm confused about whether I should accept the opportunity in Udupi or continue waiting for something from a metro city.

My concerns are both career-related and lifestyle-related.

Having spent most of my life in metro cities, moving to a smaller city feels like a significant change. I don't know anyone in Udupi, and I'm unsure about the lifestyle, social scene, housing, networking opportunities, and overall quality of life there.

Another thing is that I currently don't have any other offer in hand. I've been searching for a job for quite a while now, and honestly, it's becoming difficult for me to manage financially without one. That's what makes this decision even harder.

All of my close friends are in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, or Pune. I don't know anyone in Udupi, and I'm worried about how I'll manage socially in a completely new place where I don't have an existing circle.

A few questions:

• How is Udupi for someone in their 20s working in tech/product roles?

• Does it feel too isolated after living in Mumbai, Pune, or Hyderabad?

• How's the social life, cafés, gyms, weekend activities, and networking opportunities?

• How easy is it to find good accommodation?

• How are the people and local culture?

• Is language a major barrier if I don't know Kannada?

• If you've moved from a metro city to Udupi, what was your experience like?

• If you were in my position—with an offer in hand but no final confirmation from metro-city opportunities—what would you do?

• What would you do if you were in my situation? Honestly, kya karu? Kuch samajh nahi aa raha.

I'm genuinely confused. One part of me feels I should take the offer I already have instead of waiting indefinitely. Another part feels I might regret not holding out for an opportunity in a metro city.

Would really appreciate honest opinions and advice from people who have faced a similar situation.

Thanks in advance!

Need buying advice for a tablet/iPad (Budget ₹60k–₹70k)

My friend is planning to buy a tablet primarily for:

• Note-taking (college/work)

• Drawing & sketching

• Digital art (Procreate or similar apps)

• Journaling and productivity

• Long-term usage (4–6 years if possible)

Budget: ₹60,000–₹70,000 maximum (including stylus if possible).

Questions:

  1. Should we go for an iPad or an Android tablet (Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi, etc.)?

  2. If iPad is the better choice, which model/generation offers the best value in 2026?

    - iPad (A16)

    - iPad Air (M2/M3)

    - Older iPad Air models

    - Refurbished options?

  3. Is Procreate alone a strong enough reason to choose iPad over Android?

  4. Which stylus experience is better for drawing and handwritten notes?

  5. What storage size would you recommend (128GB vs 256GB)?

  6. How important is screen size for note-taking and drawing?

  7. Are there any Android tablets that genuinely compete with iPads for artists?

  8. What are the pros and cons you've experienced after long-term use?

Also, what is the cheapest and smartest way to buy one in India?

• Student discounts?

• Credit card offers?

• Refurbished/renewed devices?

• Apple Education Store?

• Amazon/Flipkart sales?

• Offline stores?

Would love recommendations from students, artists, designers, or anyone using a tablet daily for notes and drawing.

Thanks!

Any Hyderabad business owners/startup folks need a website, CRM, billing system, or just tech help?

Hey everyone,

Trying my luck here because Reddit usually has some amazing founders, business owners, and builders. 😄

I'm a developer/project manager and currently open to taking on a few projects.

If you're running a startup, agency, local business, shop, restaurant, clinic, or pretty much any business and need:

• A website or landing page

• CRM / lead management system

• Billing or invoicing software

• Inventory management system

• Internal dashboard or admin panel

• Booking/appointment system

• Custom SaaS product

• AI automations and workflows

• Any custom software solution

I'd be happy to help building this things in a very decent charge

A lot of businesses still run important operations through WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and manual processes. Sometimes a simple system can save hours of work every week and make things much easier to scale.

Also, even if you don't need development work right now, feel free to reach out if you're building a startup or business and need help with marketing, operations, lead generation, automation, product ideas, or just want a second opinion on something.

Not trying to hard-sell anyone. Just looking to connect with fellow Hyderabad entrepreneurs and see if I can help.

Feel free to DM me.

Employer not paying salary , Came all the way from Mumbai and worked 45 days just to get scammed!

So the situation is I am in some founders group where I posted that I am looking for Operations Head Job Anywhere in India then I got a reply from let's call him SP so he is a senior person age somewhere around 55-60 and he called me after seeing that I am looking for a job so what he called me at 11 in night and offered me to come Hyderabad and Handle his finance business means he told me that he has 1 Marketing firm, 1 finance firm , 1 Solar company and many more about him and I also checked his linkedin , and about his companies and saw that yes it is registered and also he has a profile pic with president recieving thanks badge or something so yes he sent me a offer letter I accepted and came to Hyderabad so I don't have a stay problem coz my friend already stays here so I came and I joined things were not that shady he didn't had a physical office he has a multiple friends so he tell me sit in their offices like in Malakpet and Begumpet and he lives in Malakpet btw, so I started going from Secunderabad to Malakpet daily and there multiple developers are working but for his friends company and he started hiring 7-10 people all together suddenly I thought that he runs multiple company he must be having alot of budget in backups , coz I asked employees who used to work 1-2 month before means his oldest employees was 2 month old so they said yes they pay salary on time so the founder who hired me has a vision of earning lakhs of crores always talks about we will earn 1000 crore by this month so I thought good vision and all the stuffs and slowly I realised this guy is nothing but just a feku when the salary time comes he keep postponding everybody's salary including mine and there were almost 7-8 employees whose salary he has to pay this month and most of employees are from out of hyd he literally hired 14 years old , 70 years old anybody I though that it's his vision so I didn't stopped but I joined on 15th may so he said 15th april to 31st april salary will get credits on or before 10th may but guess what it didn't happened and every employee started asking me abt the salary i said i dont know don't worry it will be 2-4 days late I said and then I started texting and calling him Abt salary from 11th of May and daily he says it will get settled by today evening , morning daily same things so this is the whole situation what I wanted to say that why did he hired so many people if he don't have backup? And why he keeps hiring people , and why he called me from Mumbai to Hyd and also he said he has a finance company that provides loan but in reality that get leads from x company and sales person qualified leads and pass it to X company again. So there is no finance company also

Now I invested my 45 days here , spent almost 25-30k for living here and travelling and daily he keep saying same things that today it will be done and I am frustrated

I will disclose his name , companies name , everything once I get clearity of many things

What should I do? Any legal help ? Coz I can't survive without a salary here and I have taken loan from my friends and transferred it to my family in a hope that I will adjust it in salary!

Any legal help? Anybody's know any police officials? My 45 days salary is on him and he has not paid a single penny and he has not paid single penny to any employee my situation is worst for others coz I even have to buy a water here and I have to spend for a single penny everytime

Any suggestions?

Pc: he don't even have his own office so I can't take anything or do anything
