Combusken Is lax, has 1 attack boost from bulk up, and 2 speed boosts so he has the next move, I want to flame charge this magneton and kill it, but I’m not sure if it won’t kill and he’ll just die on the next turn 😭❤️ advice is appreciated! . I could switch out into Pikachu, and then safely switch into gyarados and bulldoze as an alternative but Im worried about my gyarados because of 4x electric

edit: egh title is meant to be 2019, stupid typo.
Hello, I (21F) wondered if it was worth getting a second opinion. I’ve just completed my assessment with Healthcare-centraL-London (HCL) and I know I shouldn’t but i feel a little disappointed that my results came back negative. I know ADHD at the moment very paraded around on things like tiktok and watered down to a funhouse mirror reflection of what it actually is, and I’ve never viewed it like this. I was really confident that was I was struggling with reflected in ADHD , but even in my adult assessment my childhood evidence basically swallowed any other information I talked about. I feel really ashamed, and quite ridiculous , my appointment used AI note taking and I didn’t feel very listened to (though this might just be bias from the result).
I had my Autism diagnosis already complete and they recommended I get ADHD checked, because I was scoring high above the baseline for it, but my ADHD appointment just resolved itself in that ‘my childhood symptoms reflected autism more’, and it felt like everything else I’d said about my current experience didn’t matter at all. I’ve been really struggling in day to day and at university and I’m going into my final year in September and just was desperate for some help prior to that and now I know I’m unlikely to even be seen let alone supported In the upcoming months.
It all came down to my primary school reports, which I barely had any of. In primary school I didn’t have any homework so it was difficult to assess functions outside of the classroom and in the classroom I would forgot bits of equipment often and not pack my own bag, I’d daydream, fidget and doodle, but I was ultimately a kid who could do the work. I scored highly in my end of year assessments and even later in GCSE’s I had strong grades, even now I perform highly in my classes. I didn’t like putting up my hand, and liked to keep myself, I was very anxious throughout my schooling and hated the idea of getting in trouble which probably affected my behaviour. The very minimal statements I had and talked about reflected the symptoms but just ‘not enough’, I hadn’t struggled visibly enough, it was enough for teachers to notice and put down in very light comments amongst praise in my reports but not enough to be a problem.
(Kinda ranty I’m sorry)
in adulthood it’s worse, I feel like I’ve only gotten worse now I’m in an environment where I need to rely on myself and only myself. I will have an assignment to do and until it’s done Its like I’m trapped, I can’t get Myself to go out, I can’t attend functions with my friends, I struggle to do things for myself, I barely played any games and even struggled with necessities like food shopping and would have to ask my friends in the flat if they could pick things up for me to eat. I’m constantly late to things, I’ll always get to my classes but never on time, and if my friends want to go Out I’m always the one that’s frustratingly arrived late, I’ve had times where I will already be late only to forgot it’s Sunday and the buses aren’t On and then I’m even later. I forgot a different appointment yesterday and didn’t attend it. My head is never quiet, and I’m always intensely stressed at university because I need to complete something but can’t get myself to do it, and until it’s done it’s like a 24/7 panic where I can’t relax or think about anything else. I’ll have cups full of mold or limescale in my bedroom because I can’t get myself to get up and clean them until I begin to smell it (gross and earthy), and if they are clean and I do have a drink I’ll usually forget about the hot drink til it’s lukewarm or totally cold. If I manage to start an assignment finishing it is somehow equally bad, I have to divide my work so I’m julming Between multiple tasks at once to try and make it easier to finish, but getting over that last hurdle is just a nightmare. I’ll end up submitting work that’s full of small mistakes because even if they only took 5 minutes to fix getting myself To spend that time on it would take me hours. This isn’t close to all of it but hopefully with some of the picture It’ll be easier to make any judgments. I just feel really defeated, maybe it’s all matching autism , and not adhd, im not depressed by any means, the tasks I have to do I enjoy, I’m on a course that’s very fitting of my interests and I can apply my special interests to them, I love my lecturers, classes and classmates and I’m very grateful for having friends who are willing to support me, but this internal struggle is making it severely difficult to do anything, even the things I like. I had always thought it resonated a lot with ADHD and the symptoms seemed to fit perfectly, and with it coming hand in hand with autism a lot of the time I just was so sure my appointment would go smoothly.
j just wondered if with this information if it’s worth talking to my gp about another diagnosis route, I can’t afford to go private, and I’m very very anxious already from the first denial that I just don’t want to be rejected again. I know I should be Happy I don’t have It if I don’t, but it just feels distressing, like if I had control over all these things and didn’t have a ‘reason’ to struggle then why couldn’t I have just fixed it this whole time? I don’t know what do to, I was so hopeful to have an explanation, and people I’d spoke to with adhd before told me it lined up with thier Own experiences (I know this doesn’t mean much they’re not doctors), but if It’s not ADHD I don’t know what it could be, if it is anything at all.
any advice for a further diagnosis route, any experiences you’ve had that relate maybe to mine would be lovely to hear, I’ve skimmed through the Reddit and found people with similar situations which was reassuring to read. I’m just looking for some advice, any suggestions of what to do in my shoes would be lovely.
hiya! I’ve seen people draw 3d shapes in Blender and 3d paint (using curve mesh?) and wondered if there’s was a way to recreate this in nomad, I attached some posts from twitter (x) and insta that do something similar for a nice visual! :)
Thanks so much for any help!

hiya! I finally got a date for my adhd appointment next week (YAY), I will email them too but was just worried i might not get a response in time. I know they do virtual online video calls so I’m assuming zoom but they only give me the link 5 minutes pre-call so I want to make sure otherwise I’m worried I can’t download it in time lol.
Thanks so much!
hello! I (21F) have recently been diagnosed with autism. I hear the term ’meltdown’ a lot, as like a peak of distress.. When I hear meltdown I don’t know what it’s supposed to look like or if I experience it. If I’m distressed I might go Totally non-verbal or punch at my thighs or pull at my hair a bit to regulate myself but I don’t necessarily know if That’s a meltdown or just distress…
’Meltdown’ makes me think, on the floor, crying, I just don’t know if my Idea of this is completely shallow because I only usually hear about a meltdown in children and toddlers so it’s very much the first thing I think of. I’d love to hear what other people experience to get a better idea, I totally mean no offence in my current idea, incase it comes off that way, I just want to learn more to see if I experience this or not. ❤️
thanks so much :-)
edit: wowow, thank you for so many Responses and Taking the time to share with me ❤️ .
Hi, I have a really terrible phobia of moths. I cannot be in the same room as one, even videos make me squeamish, and if I’m forced to be in their vicinity I’m endlessly uneasy and can’t stop tracking them. I understand its frustrating for my family who have to then try and capture them, and I’ve just gotten home from university and the ’novelty’ of this is quickly dying, it’s now more like a forced chore even if there is a giant one in my bedroom so I can’t sleep or the bathroom so I can’t pee.
I feel bad asking them to get them and now they’re beginning to make me feel bad too, a lot of mocking and telling me to shut up, reminders they can’t hurt me (pointless!). I don’t know, its just so frustrating, I am really struggling to deal with it because it just seems to be constant, nobody wants the doors/windows totally shut so I’m forced to be in rooms invaded by these insects every night.
I don’t know how to solve it, I can’t just get over it, but I can’t keep these insects out, and I can’t deal with people around me being assy about it like I can help it. I know it is ridiculous but I can’t fix It and I know they can understand this sentiment or they wouldn’t have helped me til now, I just hate it, I hate being afraid all the time and just every single stupid room I go into there’s somehow leviathan moth floating around aimlessly and with every new one I know I’m just getting closer to a UTI from not using the bathroom or sleeping in the sofa (if I’m lucky enough that a moth isn’t in the living room.. typing this out as I am on the sofa, fingers crossed another does not appear)
I just wish they weren’t these ridiculous flying things, if it was something that didn’t speed around like it had no eyes itd be much easier for people to capture but theyre so annoying to catch that this frustration quickly is pinpoint to me. I just feel so bad, Ive gone my entire uni years without these guys in my room, so i don’t know how my house at home manages to somehow invite in a billion of them. any advice about anything would be appreciated, maybe just anything to make me feel less of a jerk, I just want it to stop.
SAD UPDATE: A fox just went into the bush and got her, I’m quite devastated , but such is the way of the world. thank you so much for all your help :’), I will keep all the advice in mind for if I ever find another one, but unfortunately there is nothing I can do now, or anybody. I love pigeons very much, if I had been able to access her I would’ve boxed her in a heartbeat, but she was so Deep in the shrubbery, oh well, the fox has a full tummy.
Hi! I’m on a university campus near London UK so there’s a nasty heatwave. I noticed a pigeon outside on the grass about 3 hours ago now, and approached to see if it would fly away and it didn’t. it’s managed to make its way into the shelter of a bush now but was very wobbly and tumbled over. I went over to see if I could box her and give her some more comfortable shelter + access to water easier but she was too far in for me to reach and I didn’t want to stress her.
She has been drinking thankfully, i’ve left out some water , frozen peas and cut up tomatoes and believed I noticed her eating them , which I think is a good sign. Should I call rspca/a local wildlife centre and get them to check her out or do you think she’ll be ok? The only concern I have is beause it’s a university campus im not sure how much control I have over the situation but also of course for the pigeon, I have been anxiously watching that bush all day from my window .
any advice is super appreciated. thank you :) luckily at the moment it si cooling down wirh it getting later, I’m just hoping by morning she will be ok.
