It's been a while since I animated something apart from work or my film, but I was so inspired to give it a go and direct & animate a long, dynamic shot.. and Spiderman seemed like the perfect victim. It's a WIP, but not sure when I'll get the time to polish it further ✨

I went into this with no plan for where the shot would take me and it was really fun to freestyle and go with the flow. However, it was also challenging and if I could go back, I'd start by setting things up differently - especially constraints/camera groups etc. But now I have the knowledge for the future attempts. Also wanted to animate a silly dance at the end there, but I guess that's going to be a practice for another time.

PS: Couldn't even anticipate how brutal it is to listen to the same 20 seconds of a song, on repeat, for 5 days straight.. I deeefinitely need a break 😅

Tell me why I can literally change everything in a ROM and why I didn't know this earlier?

I learned about the possibilities of ROM hacking a week ago today and last night I just finished the last change I wanted in this game.

The fact that I have my own character, my fav Pokémon as a starter and many more things.. is insane and i'm so glad I learned all this is possible!

So, I modded the game to my liking - drew my character, added Rowlet as a starter etc.

But I always disliked a bicycle and preferred a motorcycle.. and since I’m an artist - nothing is impossible!!

BW2 is my all time favorite game and I always wished there was some character customization.. 2 days ago I randomly realized - i'm a damn artist?? Why don't I draw my own sprites and put them into the game myself??

And here we are! It's a work in progress so far, but it's bringing me undescribable joy that I'll be able to experience this world as my self and not Rosa. Also, I'm thinking of adding Rowlet instead of Snivy, since he's my fav starter!
