He has been sick ever since we have got him, his current issues inc insomnia which makes him mentally exhausted along with seizures and hip dysplasia. I just want to know if you think he is happy and will be happy.

My birth time and date and location are all correct.
My dog (1.5 year old, 24.7 kgs male labrador) has epilepsy and hip dysplasia and is on a bunch of medication that disturbs his sleep. He wakes up at odd times and becomes aggressive and restless etc. His current vets have given up saying his current dosage is enough to manage epilepsy and that they cannot give him anything more for sleep. His current vet also suggested scans but that is unavailable in my city and it is not possible for me to travel to Delhi/Mumbai etc rn. Currently on 60mg pheno and 10ml Epicare plus HD Tablets.
I am looking for some holistic vets that can prescribe herbal supplements etc to help him calm down and sleep through the night. I haven’t slept properly since January and it is making me hate my life and my dog. Please help.
He is just a year old and terribly sweet. I just want to know if he will have a good life, and how long :(
Did my MA from Abroad and now applied for PhD. I have secured position but can only go if I can get scholarship. Will I get it? I am supposed to hear about it soon. And Will I be able to take up the offer and leave India again?
I need help on how I can make his habit go away. Even since he was a puppy, he used to wake up at 4-5 and just bark at us to wake us up. For no particular reason. Ever since then, we have tried all sorts of methods to train this out and this is how it has went:
I am so tired. The sleeping arrangement is that he has his two dog beds in my room and sleeps there or on the floor if he pleases. Current routine is that he barks and wakes me up and I open the room door so that he can go and pee. He comes back and starts barking till I wake up. Sometimes, he will go away for a bit to the balcony to look at things but will come back and repeat the routine. THE. PROCEEDS TO GO TO SLEEP AT 6:30 or 7 and will wake up as soon as I do.
I am so soooo tired and he seems tired too tbh. He gets two walks a day and lots of enrichment. He has severe hip dysplasia so to make up for the limited physical exercise, we do lots of mental stimulation and he seems super tired and drowsy around his bedtime.
I need help please. I love him but I need to sleep till 7. He gets his walk at 8.
Edit: could it be anxiety that is causing him to wake up? Because he seems tired too and yawns a lot but forces himself to stay awake.
