I owe the next 5 years of gaming to some guys wife

My computer has been in need of a processor and RAM upgrade for a couple of years now. I managed to score a used 3080 a couple of years ago and that did the trick, up until recently. And of course with the wonders of AI, the upgrade would cost me like 1.5k which I could not really afford as a family man.

Suddenly one day the algorithm of the second hand store I use says I might be interested in this:

MSI PRO Z690-A wifi

Intel Core i7-13700KF 3.4ghz

Msi geforce RTX 4070 Ti 12GB gddr6

Corsair vengeance ddr5 5200mhz 32GB

Kingston NVME 1TB ssd pcie 4.0

For 1000 EUR...

I read it once.

I read it twice.

I message guy.

I send it to my brother, my friends, my dad even. They all agree I shoud jump on it.

Guy says he is getting swarmed with messages but has read mine first and lives close by. We meet up, I pay, he tells me he is incredibly addicted to LOL and his wife gave him an ultimatum to get rid of the machine

Anyway, bless that man's wife. I should have taken a pic of her and placed it inside the case.

I know the AI is really no there yet, but I gotta say that if I were them and faced with a seemingly unstoppable killing machine, camping and peakaboo is exactly what I would do lol

It just felt so real somehow, like a multiplayer death in COD

[PC] Game won't start since the last update, tried everything I found here

Game Guard launches and I get a playstation bug report immediately after, I already tried:

  • Deleting shader cache
  • Deleting user config file
  • Deleting entire Helldivers 2 folder from %appdata%
  • Veryfying game files
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling
  • Checking for any launch prompts in steam (didnt have any)
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling game guard

Any other ideas?

Edit: Don't have any mods installed either

Edit: SOLVED (Kinda?) The good old "did you try turning it off and on again?" so yea, restarting the computer did it, however I suspect it was actually one of these other steps I already took in combination with rebooting that did it, but I have no idea which one could it have been.

Title, been doing pretty okay in hard mode except for the mandatory greased palms hiccup. Now I am in the Qaddamah saga and my guys just keep getting blown to bits cause they shoot the vest guys center mass. I tried givving them the LTL guns to see if that helped, and it does but in practice that just means they get shot instead. Am I missing something?
