I recently just bought two new ring doorbells from Amazon and currently I’m trying to sync them. I was able to successfully sync the sync module but when I put in the provided energizer lithium batteries, the doorbell blinks red 5 times and then dies. The app doesn’t detect the doorbell at all and I tired both doorbells I bought for the front and back door. I also tried different batteries and reinstalled them. Is this a hardware issue or am I’m doing this wrong, thank you in advance

Edit: found out the sync module doesn’t extend 15 feet wireless in my house, it’s working now
