When I'm done with my fast, I want to eat a buffet...but...

I heard you're supposed to eat broth soup? Or maybe a chowder is a good start after a long water fast? Can someone explain why this is needed (if needed to begin with) because I just really want to eat at a high quality greasy buffet by me when I finish.

What the hell was Quidditch in the 6th movie?

That is one lame Quidditch scene. Ron blocking the shots was cool, but the part where the Slytherin team does a cringe formation when holding the quaffle and then they just added some cool camera movement work to make it look exhilarating when it wasn't.

Nothing compared to the actual intense gameplay of Quidditch played in the 1st and 2nd movie.

Day 1 Completed

One side of me today is thinking of barbeque and fried chicken and the other side of me is thinking you have to lose those love handles. When I sit down on a chair it looks like a kangaroo with a pouch.

How many girls were naturally obsessed with Tom Riddle while he was at Hogwarts?

The descriptions from books, the handsomeness in the movies… he must’ve gotten a lot of girls or did he reject them all the time?

Question about weight loss regarding the head and face

Hi, I’m a little overweight but not obese. To keep it simple I have a perfect round head and look really well with a fresh haircut. With the weight loss plan I’m going down, how will my head look more slimmer if it’s mostly bone as a I lose more fat? I understand how the face will lose the baby fat regarding cheeks, but how does the head look because I look at old pictures of myself and I looked good with a slim neck on a chiseled head. Now I just look like a pumpkin head!

Could Harry have been a decent seeker for England’s national Quidditch Team as a full time job instead of an Auror?

We know he was a great seeker for Hogwarts, I honestly think he was one of those seekers or talented wizards that could do anything he wanted as long as he put his mind to it. Harry always had that natural talent in him to always persevere even better than Victor Krum. What do you guys think?

What was Tom Riddle's intention in the wizarding world?

When young Voldy was at school he was obviously brilliant, had professors wrapped around his finger, model prefect student, wildly skilled and talented, etc. Re-watching the movies or even any knowledge from the books, what was his ultimate intention? To make everyone all pure-blood? If this is the case, he was a half-blood himself.

Seriously what did he want to do?

Time For A Change

To give an overview:

I used to be into fitness about 10 years ago. I was so focused on working out that I would feel incomplete if I missed a workout in a day. The cleanest diet as well - grilled chicken, mixed vegetables. My motivation back wasn't even motivated by women to tell you the truth, it was so I can impress my family and external family. Got ripped back then and I vaguely remember how great it felt because it's been so long.

I'm successful in my career, but not ripped anymore. I'm tall. I'm not obese, but just slightly overweight - I definitely have a small keg - from junk food, soda, gaming, smoking cigars with the guys, eating ice cream..... just all in all really relaxing a little too hard. Seriously I just feel sluggish and don't want to continue this in my early 30's. I just can't get myself to work out, my motivation is just not where it used to as I was younger when it comes to fitness. I don't even care to impress women, I just want to do it for myself.

This all changes on Monday because I will be waking up early in the morning to work out, any tips on my (let's aim for 90 days) journey to get my motivation and discipline back in check and maybe better than before?

What was the relationship between Johnny Soprano and Paulie Walnuts?

I try to find anything but all I know is Paulie worked under Johnny and he had some funny stories from the 60s getting pulled over by a state trooper.

I guess “remember when…” IS the lowest form of conversation after all.

I'm just going to say it - I'm sick of outsourcing!

This is more relatable to Americans but I personally as an American feel cheated that someone in another country could be a potential problem. Doing business with contractors who help from other countries can be fine, but potential contract outsourcers are basically there to take the jobs of those who do their job well in the states or have had a long tenure because those are the ones eating up the budget's salaries. Corporate keeps an eagle eye on the productivity within a 6 month span to see if they want to move forward with said contractors and then boom they save money by keeping them while firing their American full time employees.

Americans should get priority in American companies.

Starting a 20 day water fast tomorrow, any tips?

Most I ever did was 6 days and I just kept thinking of fried chicken so I caved. I'm really locking in tomorrow. I will incorporate black coffee as well but only in the morning.

I want Classic TBC Era realms after Anniversary finishes

Doesn't anyone at Blizzard see how successful the anniversary realms are? Make an era realm for players that like TBC. They have it for vanilla on Whitemane server cluster, why not for TBC?! I bet it won't happen, but it should.

Turned off my camera during Teams interview

The meeting stated that cameras were required. No problem.

I had mine on since the start, but the recruiter didn't. We get into introductions for 2 minutes and then she says "okay I'm going to be recording now". That wasn't even mentioned and she didn't have hers on from the start. I turn off my camera before the one second mark of recording. From there I can tell the energy shifted and don't care if I get the job.

Shouldn't there be an unsaid etiquette to have both parties turn their cameras on for professionalism sake? If cameras are required, both should have it turned on. I'm not going to be recorded with video and the other party just has voice enabled like she's interrogating me with questions into my ears.

What actually happens to the body during the 23 hours of fasting?

I eat a nice big meal of my choosing at 6 PM everyday of my choosing, as long as it's 1500 calories or less. What exactly then happens to my body for 23 hours? Am I burning fat? Mind you, I'm exercising 1-2 times a day as well (depends on how I'm feeling). I'm trying to lose 40 lbs.
