If you had to choose only one, which would matter more to you, and why?

I've noticed that when people discuss marriage, a lot of attention goes to things like income, looks, wedding expenses, education, age, and family background.

Looking back, what do you think people focus too much on before marriage?

And what is one thing people don't focus on enough but should?

Married and unmarried members are both welcome to share their thoughts and experiences.

What is one small thing your spouse does that makes you feel genuinely appreciated, respected, or loved?

Not necessarily expensive gifts or grand gestures. Sometimes the smallest habits have the biggest impact. I'm curious to hear both brothers' and sisters' perspectives.

What's one piece of advice you genuinely wish someone had told you before marriage? Not necessarily Islamic rulings, but practical lessons you only learned through experience. It could be about communication, finances, expectations, family boundaries, conflict resolution, or anything else. I'm curious what lessons surprised you the most after getting married.
