Has anyone else’s experience watching Black Panther (movie) been ruined by being dived by him in Rivals?

I used to really like the film. It was one of my favorite marvel films as a matter of fact. As a bisexual black woman it was the first time I really saw myself in the MCU.

But now, as a support player the film kind of makes me anxious. It’s not like I think he’s going to dive me, but I’m so used to it happening in game. Idk it’s just like seeing the character puts me on edge and kind of makes me a little mad. Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do? I’d really like to be able to watch the film again.

Plugged in a surge protector and it tripped the power for our room. Should I be concerned?

We were plugging in a surge protector that had nothing plugged into it and then all of a sudden all of the lights in our room went out. There was a pop.

When I checked the breakers in the basement the breaker for our room had been tripped. I switched it back and all power came back. I guess I just want to make sure that this is safe for my family and I shouldn’t call in an electrician to check it out.

The surge protector is not a nice one and is pretty old. What do you all think?

With the Lions having the easiest schedule and all the injury/off field nonsense with Puka I’m wondering what yall think about taking the sun god instead. I’m assuming Chase will be gone by my turn.

Missed opportunity: Disney should have made a live action Tarzan instead of all the other live action remakes they made (e.g., Lion King)

Honestly, I think the Tarzan film actually would have lent itself to a live action version really well. A lot of the main characters are human, it would be a good chance to bring back that awesome soundtrack, and the setting would look awesome.

That said they would need to do it on location. I’m thinking inspired by Out of Africa or something like that. Practical effects would be great too with some awesome cinematography.

I’m just kind of sad they didn’t end up doing this one. What do you think?

I just listened to the soundtrack today which gave me this idea.

Can we please discuss why Jonathan should have beet Aubry in S50?

He played a better game.

He’s stronger.

More impactful.

Had more aura.

Didn’t piss anyone off.

Challenge beast.

Wasn’t weird.

Better swimmer.

I don’t get it. The jury really just seemed biased.

It’s crazy how FEW foreign people there are on survivor. I understand that the Elissons own CBS now but I didn’t expect this. Is production being racist?

I remember back in the old days there were more foreign people. As a cocastanian-Albanian this truly upsets me.

Should Survivor consider decreasing challenge Diversity or making them easier? I think it could help better players make it further.

If you’re anyone like me, I always root for the strategic player like Cirie; however, a worse player like Savanna always wins. Solution: Decrease the number of challenges and make them a little easier. The mark of a good player, like Batman, should always be how much they prepared for the season. I think with LESS challenges to choose from this could be easier for better player to make it further. What do you all think?

I’m actually not against celebrity cameos on Survivor. I think people like Zac Brown just took up too much time. They should do more tasteful cameos like xQc reacting to a challenge.

They could even put someone like xQc or Kai Cenat just like off in the corner. This type of celebrity cameo is better because it wouldn’t take up time in the episode. The celebrities would just be providing commentary. IDK maybe I’m crazy. Are there any celebrity cameos you think wouldn’t detract from the show?
