I would like to start with this world and explore a bit. Someone has recommended to start with rhythm as a sampler to be able to compose something.

Checking what was available and If I am looking to be able to build my own simple beats, which one fits better?
Is it easy to find sample libraries to start practising?

I know this is very personal but still have no clear idea to what to upgrade the zwift ride saddle. It has to be with round rails, which is a bit not what I use outdoor.

Any recommendation for a 3d printed saddle or something that can be for long sessions a bit more comfy?

I am still struggling to make BeamNG to work properly.

Hardware should not be a problem but every time I start the game I need to check the processes priorities in W11 and set them up to high.

Otherwise FPS goes from 100 to 40 every two seconds. Not sure what else to do

Hey I have seen that Deporvillage . ch offers actually quite good price for what they sell.

Normally the norm is that every time I see a .ch domain I assume either they send from Switzerland or they send from other countries but there is no extra customs fee.

Any experience from someone who bought goods there?

Hi all, I am thinking to step into barefoot thing and I am wondering if someone has some experience with Merrell models: Merrell Trail Glove 7 and Vapor Glove 6

The idea is not to go for trail but on the same hand I would appreciate more soil thickness.

We as a couple have filed the yearly taxes as usual, both B permit, over the 120k minimum requirement to file it, but not much higher than this in both cases.

Today we have received the Definitive Rechnung for Kantons- und Gemeinde and Bundessteuer and the amount they asked for is extremely high for us to pay.

We have both reviewed the percentage of tax retention at source and our companies have done it correctly. We were told last year from the same Steueramt that the Quellensteuer is an approximation of the total of taxes to be paid. Last year the amount reached 2.5k for us to pay, which was more or less "fair".

This year they asked for almost 10k and situation is actually 1:1 the same than last year, so we are really confused.

I double checked (again) the payed Quellensteuer amount as per Quellensteuertariffs and everything there was correctly deducted:

Summary:

18.1K of Quellensteuer deducted and considered in the Kontoauszug:
- 6.9k for Bundessteuer Umbuchung
- 10.2 for Kantons- und Gemeindesteuern Umbuchung

Steueramt is claiming 9.6K back in total:
- 6.2k for Bundessteuer
- 3.4k for Kantons- und Gemeindesteuern

Here below attached the simulation done with the official Tax calculator.

Based on all this, everything seems to be right from numbers calculation but make me ask the question about how far are we from the total taxes to be payed even though all the Quellensteuer were correct deducted? can really the gap be that big for a couple in B permit?

Because it was never like this big in the past.

Hi all

I have been looking to take the exam for the Fide to proof the A2 or B1 German level to request the C permit.

The question is that I know people who are living in the same canton that have shown the A2 for what they call Fast-track (request of C permit after 5 years of B permit) and got it. For me all this is a bit confusing because what I heard from other it does not match to what they ask for in the Fachstelle Migration Zug.

Any idea?

Hi, I am trying to build a DIY gravel bike and struggling with selecting which handlebar and which stem to use.

Can someone recommend me a setup? The idea is to have drops with a bit of flare in aluminium, with a semi or fully integrated cable routing. I dont mind if cable are visible just below handlebar in the area of stem. Frame does not have external cable entries, so it has to be through the headset or through the stem.

I am planning to build a gravel bike soon and I still have some doubts about what tyres to mount.

Frames allows 45/47mm on the rear and up to 50mm on the front.
The initial plan was to go with:

Front: Schwalbe G-ONE RS PRO 700 x 50
Rear: Schwalbe G-One R PRO 700 x 45

Buuuut I have seen people doing the opposite. that means RS on the rear and R or RX on the front.

Does it make sense to do it this way?
I thought it was better to keep more grip on the rear because there is where you normally apply the traction and you keep the more slick tyre in front to spin faster.

Any recommendation?

Hi, my plan is to switch from Zwift to Rouvy now that they bought it, I assume the Zwift frame is Rouvy compatible?

Rouvy duo offer seems to be more appealing than the zwift price tbh.
