[Hiring] Ideation and research VA for a biology / health education channel (₹30k per month, long term)

Hi. We make educational content about the human body, health and the biology behind both, and I am hiring one person to own what we publish and why.

Scope in numbers so it is clear: 36 ideation boards a month. Six for our long YouTube videos, thirty for short-form. Everything is built in Canva and Miro. Each board sets the angle, the wording, the images and the order things happen in, and then the editors and founder execute it.

Half the job is research and it is the half that decides whether the boards are any good. You read the actual physiology rather than someone's summary of it, you watch what is working for other channels in this space, and you go through our own analytics to see what held attention and what lost it.

There is no editing and no filming in this role.

What I am looking for is someone organised who is genuinely curious about how the body works. Sleep, hormones, nutrition, jaw and facial development, recovery. You do not need to know our subject already, but you have to want to learn it properly, because boards made by someone who is not interested read exactly like that.

Deadlines matter and feedback is direct. If you would rather be told clearly and once, this will suit you.

Pay is ₹30k a month, remote, long term for the right person.

Send me a couple of lines on why this fits you, plus anything you have organised or planned before. Boards, documents, decks, spreadsheets, content calendars, any of it. I will send back the full brief and a short trial task.

[Hiring] Content Researcher and Ideation VA, health and biology YouTube channel (₹30k/month, remote)

We run an educational channel about health, biology and how the human body actually works, and I am hiring the person who plans what we publish.

The role: you build the ideation boards every video is made from. That is 6 boards a month for our long YouTube videos and 30 for short-form, built in Canva and Miro. A board lays out the angle, the wording, the images and the flow, and then our editors and founder bring it to life.

The other half is research. You read what the biology actually says, study what other channels in the space are doing well, go through our analytics, and feed all of it back into the next set of boards. Good boards come from research, not guesswork.

No video editing and no filming. You are not on camera.

This suits someone organised who finds the human body genuinely interesting. Physiology, sleep, nutrition, hormones, why bodies do what they do. If that is the kind of thing you read about anyway, you will be good at this. If it bores you, it will show in the boards immediately.

You also need to hit deadlines and take sharp feedback without taking it personally. This is a system you slot into, not a blank page.

Pay is ₹30k a month, fully remote, long term for the right person.

Message me with a couple of lines on why this suits you, and if you have anything you have planned or organised before, whether that is boards, docs, decks or content plans, send it. I will share the full brief and a short trial task.

[Hiring] Content researcher and ideation VA for a growing YouTube education channel (₹30k/month, remote)

We run an educational channel about health, wellbeing and improving your appearance naturally, and we are hiring the person who plans what we publish.

The role: you build the ideation boards our videos are made from. Each month that is 6 boards for our advanced YouTube videos and 30 boards for our short-form content, made in Canva and Miro. A board lays out the angle, the wording, the images and the flow, and then our editors and founder bring it to life.

The other half of the job is research. You study what competitors are doing, read our analytics, and feed what is actually working back into every board. Good boards come from good research, not guesswork.

No video editing needed. This suits someone organised and genuinely curious about self-improvement content, who can hit deadlines and take sharp feedback without taking it personally.

Pay is ₹30k a month, fully remote, long term for the right person.

Message me with a couple of lines on why this suits you, and if you have anything you have planned or organised before (boards, docs, content plans), send it. I will share the full brief and a short trial task.

[Hiring] Transformation video creator for a growing self-improvement channel (₹6,000/month, part time, remote)

We run an educational channel about health, wellbeing and improving your appearance naturally. Our before and after results are our strongest content, and we need someone to turn them into simple videos that ride what is trending.

The job: six transformation videos a month. We give you the images. You find the trending format and audio, add light text on top, and time the reveal to the beat. Deliberately minimal editing, because these need to feel real and authentic, not produced.

So the actual skill is not fancy editing. It is trend research. You should be the kind of person who scrolls TikTok and Reels and can tell exactly which audio and which format is working this week, and why. Basic CapCut skills are enough for the rest.

Pay is 6,000 rupees a month for the six videos. It is a small part time role on purpose, a few hours a week, and if you are good, more work opens up on our team.

Message me with any videos you have made, or even just links to three transformation videos you think are performing right now and why. That tells me more than a portfolio. I will send the full brief and a short trial.

(20k INR) 3D Web Modeller / Designer for Anatomy (Blender)

Hi, I am hiring a 3D designer for a remote project. This is for an anatomy and wellbeing education brand.

I already have a high quality 3D model of a skull. I do not need one built from scratch. I need someone who can take it into Blender, edit it where necessary, make it properly animatable, and get those animations running cleanly in Three.js.

Two main animations sections matter most.

  1. Tongue and palate. The mouth needs an animatable tongue, moving from a low resting position up into correct posture against the palate. This region has to be anatomically accurate, it is the core of what we teach.

  2. Skull remodel. The skull transitions into a slightly stronger structure: cheekbones become slightly more projected and defined. The change is subtle and believable, a smooth blend between the two states, not a cartoon morph.

The work in practice: prep and rig the model in Blender (tongue and palate as animatable geometry, shape keys for the remodel states), export clean GLB/GLTF with the animations intact, then integrate in Three.js so everything plays smoothly and loads fast on desktop and mobile.

Need someone genuinely strong in Blender (sculpting, shape keys, rigging, retopology where needed) and confident driving animations and morph targets in Three.js. Anatomical work in your portfolio is a big plus. Direct builder only, not an agency.

One defined project to start, pay is 20k INR. Done to a high standard, there is more 3D work after it.

Send the closest thing you have built, especially anatomical models, morph or shape key animation, or Blender to Three.js work running in the browser, and what part you personally handled.

(40k INR / Month) Creative Content VA (Canva)

Hi, I am hiring a Canva content VA for a long-term remote role making whiteboards.

My manager creates content on social media regarding health, biology and in particular bone biology. He makes long form videos on YouTube and short form videos.

We are looking for a creative, fast and quick learning VA who can design these boards.

There are three parts to it:

Long-form: 6 big whiteboard videos a month.

Life Stream Boards: Deep dive videos on one topic

Course content: Making in depth course boards

Short-form: 30 short form videos a month.

Analytics: you check which videos perform and which do not, work out why, and double down on what works. Over time, you will be trusted with coming up with new angles.

I care about a real eye in Canva, genuine creativity, and how fast you learn, more than a long CV. Long-term, with room to grow as you get better.

Pay is 40k INR, dependent on skill, understanding exactly what we like and learning fast while taking constructive criticism. You are given the title of the video to begin with, and need to ideate the flow of the video. Once you learn what the videos are about it's simple. Lots of images are very important.

If you are serious about this role, it requires you to understand deeply what is being taught and the science behind it. By watching the managers videos + being creative you will understand nearly all of it.

You do a short trial piece first. If it is the standard we need, we move forward. Tell me a bit about the content work you enjoy, and share examples. Thanks.

[Hiring] Video clipper for a fast-growing educational channel (₹25,000/month, remote, ongoing)

We run an educational YouTube channel about health, wellbeing and looking after your appearance the natural way. We put out a lot of long-form content, and we need someone sharp to turn it into clips.

You would work from our livestreams, our main YouTube videos and our vlogs. From each one you pull the strongest standalone moments and rough-cut them: a few short vertical clips (1 to 2 minutes) and one or two longer horizontal clips (4 to 7 minutes). It is a steady weekly load, not a one-off.

The whole job is your eye. Anyone can cut a clip. We are hiring the person who knows which 90 seconds out of a two hour stream is actually worth pulling. If you have watched how Alex Hormozi's team clips his long videos, that is the exact instinct we want.

You are not the final editor. You select and rough-cut, then hand the clips to our editor who adds the captions, b-roll and polish. So you do not need to be a captions and effects wizard. You need taste and speed.

You should be comfortable scrubbing through long livestream footage without losing focus, and happy working to a simple format brief. Reliable, quick, and someone who actually cares about picking good moments rather than just hitting a number.

Pay is ₹25,000 per month for the right person, ongoing.

If you have clips or edits you have made, send them when you message. I care far more about your selection and your hooks than fancy editing. Message me and I will send the full brief plus a short trial so you can show your eye.

[Hiring] Long-Form Video Editor / Motion ($1,000 / month) Cinematic educational content

Hi, I am hiring a long-form video editor to own our long-form content fully. Remote, long-term. Experienced and genuinely skilled only. If you have not edited real long-form and cannot hold a viewer for a full runtime, this is not the one.

The work is 6 long-form videos a month. Four are dense, educational talking-heads and two are narrative vlogs. You edit each one start to finish, and both have to feel cinematic, clear and credible.

The standard is high. Tight pacing, clean structure, and visuals that carry the explanation with not a wasted second. The motion specifically has to be smooth and fluid, gentle gliding camera moves and b-roll, never sharp or snappy. Calm and premium.

What separates long-form from clipping is understanding. You cannot decide what to emphasise or cut in dense educational content unless you actually grasp it. So you have to want to learn our subject deeply. It is an educational channel about health, wellbeing and appearance. You do not need to know it yet, but everything we put out has to be accurate and credible while still holding attention.

You also own analytics: reading retention on each video, understanding why it held or dropped, and replicating what works.

Dependable, fast, and you take feedback and apply it. This is a main, long-term role.

Pay is $1,000 a month for the right editor.

Message me with what you have edited before and show me your long-form work. If it is strong I will pass you to my manager, who runs the final hire.

[20k INR/month] Video Editor Repurposing / Video Clipper (Creativity, Intelligence)

I’m hiring a remote video clipper to repurpose long educational content into short and medium clips. Long-term role.

This is not a timestamp-cutting job. I need someone with judgment.

You will work from:

  • Canva board long-form videos, uploaded every 5 days
  • Talking-head long-form videos, uploaded every 5 days
  • Livestreams, whenever they happen

The long-form videos are guaranteed. Livestreams are random, but often have the best raw material.

Your job is to watch the full content, understand what is being said, and extract the strongest clips. Some videos will produce many good clips. Some will produce few. You should not follow a rigid quota. You need to think.

Clips will be:

  • Short clips: 1 to 2 minutes, mostly vertical
  • Longer clips: 5 to 8 minutes, horizontal

The skill is in selection and structure. You need to identify a good hook, the core idea, the supporting moments, and the clean ending. Sometimes the clip will come from one continuous section. Most of the time you will need to pull moments from different parts and join them so it feels like one clear piece.

Editing is light: cutting, compiling, pacing, basic framing. No heavy effects, colour grading, or motion graphics.

The content is specialised educational content. You do not need to know the topic already, but you must be intelligent enough to learn it. If you do not understand the ideas, you will not be able to clip them well.

Do not message if you need timestamps given to you.

Pay is 20k INR/month for the right candidate. Pay is through bank transfer.

Long Form Editor / Motion Graphics (50k INR / Month)

Long-form video editor to own our long-form content (remote, long-term)

Hi, I am hiring a long-form video editor to own our long-form content fully. Remote and long-term.

The responsibility:

6x Long Form Videos Per Month: 4x talking-head long-forms and 2x vlogs a month, edited start to finish. The talking-heads are dense and educational, the vlogs are narrative and personal, and both have to feel cinematic, clear, and credible.

Checking analytics on the long form videos, understanding where retention was high/low and why, replicating in future videos to progressively improve always.

The standard here is high. A long-form has to hold someone for the full runtime: tight pacing, clean structure, visuals that carry the explanation, not a wasted second. You own how all of it looks and feels.

This is where long-form is different. You have to understand our subject inside out, because you cannot edit dense educational content well if you do not actually grasp it. You decide what to emphasise, what to cut, and what visual makes an idea land, and that only happens if you genuinely understand the material and care about getting it right. The subject is specialised and it matters. Everything we put out has to be accurate and credible while still holding attention.

I want someone genuinely skilled and creative, who has edited real long-form and knows how to keep people watching to the end. Dependable, fast, and you take feedback and apply it.

If you’re serious, message me and I’ll send you the document with the work that my manager does! Pay is 50k INR / month for the right fit

[20k INR/month] Video Clipper Creativity needed!

Hi, I am hiring a video clipper to repurpose our long content into short and medium clips. Remote, long-term, ongoing.

You are handed the raw long content: our livestreams (recorded both vertically and horizontally) and our long-form YouTube videos. From each one you produce two things:

- Long clips: horizontal, 5 to 8 minutes

- Short clips: 1 to 2 minutes, mostly vertical, some horizontal framed in tighter

To give you the volume: in a month there are around 16 long videos and 8 livestreams to work from. From those you make roughly 56 short clips and 24 longer clips. That comes to around 2 short clips and one longer clip a day.

(VERY IMPORTANT) You need to be able to use creativity and not be ridged with systems here, since there may be a stream with a very good sequence of clips, and a video with the opposite so you extract more clips from the stream rather than video in that circumstance!

Here is what defines the role. Each clip is built from several moments taken from across the full video, then joined into one smooth, self-contained piece. You find the strongest moments wherever they sit in the recording, the lines that make someone stop scrolling and want the rest, lift them, and connect them so the cut flows and a first-time viewer follows it cleanly from the first second to the last. Choosing those moments and assembling them so they play as one is the whole skill.

The craft is in selection and flow, so the editing itself stays light: simple compiling and cutting, no motion design or colour grading.

The content is educational, talking-head and lecture style. The subject is specialised. You do not need to know it yet, but you have to want to learn it, because you can only clip it well once you understand what is being said.

Pay is 20k INR a month for the right person. Tell me about yourself and any clipping or repurposing work you have done, with a couple of examples. Once we are aligned I will send a real video so you can make a trial clip, so I can see that you extract the best moments and link them coherently.

Message me and I’ll send the document of what the role is about and the trial piece to produce if you would like to be hired!
