[20k INR/month] Video Clipper Creativity needed!

Hi, I am hiring a video clipper to repurpose our long content into short and medium clips. Remote, long-term, ongoing.

You are handed the raw long content: our livestreams (recorded both vertically and horizontally) and our long-form YouTube videos. From each one you produce two things:

- Long clips: horizontal, 5 to 8 minutes

- Short clips: 1 to 2 minutes, mostly vertical, some horizontal framed in tighter

To give you the volume: in a month there are around 16 long videos and 8 livestreams to work from. From those you make roughly 56 short clips and 24 longer clips. That comes to around 2 short clips and one longer clip a day.

(VERY IMPORTANT) You need to be able to use creativity and not be ridged with systems here, since there may be a stream with a very good sequence of clips, and a video with the opposite so you extract more clips from the stream rather than video in that circumstance!

Here is what defines the role. Each clip is built from several moments taken from across the full video, then joined into one smooth, self-contained piece. You find the strongest moments wherever they sit in the recording, the lines that make someone stop scrolling and want the rest, lift them, and connect them so the cut flows and a first-time viewer follows it cleanly from the first second to the last. Choosing those moments and assembling them so they play as one is the whole skill.

The craft is in selection and flow, so the editing itself stays light: simple compiling and cutting, no motion design or colour grading.

The content is educational, talking-head and lecture style. The subject is specialised. You do not need to know it yet, but you have to want to learn it, because you can only clip it well once you understand what is being said.

Pay is 20k INR a month for the right person. Tell me about yourself and any clipping or repurposing work you have done, with a couple of examples. Once we are aligned I will send a real video so you can make a trial clip, so I can see that you extract the best moments and link them coherently.

Message me and I’ll send the document of what the role is about and the trial piece to produce if you would like to be hired!

[Hiring] Video Clipper (20k INR/month) Creativity needed!

Hi, I am hiring a video clipper (repurposing editor) to own the short and medium-form output across long YouTube videos (10-20 minutes) and livestream recordings (60 minutes approx). Remote and long-term.

How it works:

You are given the raw long content. That is live stream recordings, raw long-form talking-head videos, and whiteboard educational videos. From each piece of long content you cut two things:

\- Horizontal medium-length videos, roughly 4 to 8 minutes each
\- Vertical (and some horizontal) short-form videos, roughly 1 to 2 minutes each

So every long recording turns into a set of tighter videos, each one built for a different platform and a different attention span.

The skill that actually decides this role is knowing how to link clips together so the result is coherent. Anyone can make a video shorter. Far fewer people can take scattered moments from a long recording and assemble them into something that holds together, makes sense from the first second to the last, and keeps a viewer watching. That judgement is the job.

You need real creative instinct, genuine competence, and a strong editing eye. You decide what to keep, what to cut, how the pieces connect, and how each video opens so it grabs immediately.

The subject we work in is specialised and it matters. You do not need to know it yet, but you have to genuinely want to learn it deeply, because you cannot clip this content well if you do not understand what is being said. Everything we put out stays accurate and credible while still performing.

This is the main focus, long-term, not a side gig. Pay is 15k - 20k INR a month depending on how good you are!

Tell me about yourself and the clipping or repurposing work you have made. I will provide the document in messages for you to create a trial clip, to ensure you can properly extract high engaging moments + coherently link them.

Thanks!

Short Form Video Editor / Motion Graphics ($700/mo)

Hi, I am hiring a short-form video editor to own our short-form platforms fully. Remote and long-term.

The responsibility:

**60x short-form videos a month.** Around 2 a day, roughly 2 minutes each. There are two kinds, and you make one of each, every day.

The first is the main craft: motion graphics built on top of raw filmed footage. This is where the real editing lives. The graphics carry the idea and make it land, and how clean and considered they feel is the difference between a video that holds and one that gets scrolled. The content creator films these one-take and is exceptionally skilled at it, so the cutting is minimal, your work goes into the motion graphics and the finish.

(Within this, there will be some edits of the creator you need to make, from b-roll, clips from streams and clips from videos that will be provided to you)

The second is built differently. It is either a Miro board video driven by the board itself, or a FaceTime style video carried by clean cuts and sleek transitions. Less motion graphics, but the same bar. It still has to grab and hold like everything else.

The subject we work in is specialised and it matters. Regarding wellbeing, health and appearance. You do not need to know it yet, but you have to genuinely want to learn it deeply, and respect that everything we put out has to be accurate and credible while still performing. If learning a demanding subject does not excite you, this is not your role.

I want someone genuinely skilled and creative, who understands retention and exactly what makes people stop scrolling and stay. Strong on motion graphics. Dependable, fast, and you take feedback and apply it.

Main focus, long-term, pay is dependant on skill here (500 - 700$ USD for the right fit)

Message me if you fit the criteria, tell me what you have done before, and show me your motion graphics work, and the actual short-form editing you have done.

If all is well then I will pass you on to my manager.

[Hiring] Short Form Editor / Motion Graphics ($700/month)

Hi, I am hiring a short-form video editor to own our short-form platforms fully. Remote and long-term. Experienced / competent. You \*need\* to understand the psychology of a viewer and how to extend it as much as possible!

Creative Video Clipper for long-form videos and livestreams (20k INR / Month)

Hi, I am hiring someone to clip our long-form videos and livestreams into short vertical clips (1-2 mins) + longer horizontal clips (3-6 mins)

First, what this is. This is not an entertainment channel. It is educational with slight entertainment. We teach people how to improve their health, their well-being and their appearance naturally. So the clips are not random funny moments. They are the moments that actually land, the ones that make someone stop scrolling and want the rest.

That is the real skill here. You understand what makes a clip spike on YouTube, and you have the creativity to know exactly where in a long video the strongest clip lives. You are handed full videos (10-30 mins) and livestreams (40-60 mins), and you find the moments inside them that stand on their own. Choosing the right moment is most of the job. The cutting is next.

What you produce: clips compiled and cut together in any simple editing software, delivered in both shapes, vertical and horizontal. You are not doing the heavy editing here. You are compiling and cutting, not colour grading or motion design. Pick the moment, cut it clean, hand it over in both formats.

What I am looking for: creativity is necessary, real judgement for what makes a clip work and where to take it from. Competence is necessary, you deliver consistently and you deliver on time. Being able to use editing software to compile and cut is necessary. Experience doing this is not required, but it is very appreciated and it will stand out.

Ongoing, long-term, not one-off freelance you fit around other things. Pay is 20k INR a month for the correct hire who knows what we are looking for!

Tell me about yourself and any clipping or video work you have made, and send a couple of examples if you have them. I share the channel and real examples once we are aligned :) Thanks

[Hiring] Graphic Designer (Instagram story + Thumbails) 25k INR / Mo

Hi, I am hiring a graphic designer to own our thumbnails and Instagram stories fully. Remote and long-term.

The responsibility:
16 thumbnails a month across our YouTube channels. The title is your brief. For most of them you are given the video title and nothing else, and from that title you build the thumbnail that sells the click. The title and the thumbnail are one unit: together they have to make a scroller stop and choose this video over everything around it.
A few each month are vlog-style for the more personal videos, worked from footage instead. Every one of them clean, premium and sharp, the kind that looks high-end next to anything else in the feed and still pulls the click. I share the channel and real examples once we are talking. 10 Instagram story sequences a month, 3 to 5 slides each.

Each sequence runs a hook, then a little value, then proof, then a call to action tied to a ManyChat automation (e.g. comment SYSTEM). Sleek, professional type throughout. You build them from images you are given, and where there is no good footage for the sequence you source clean imagery yourself (through pincers for eg) blurred where it works as a backdrop, so a slide never looks empty. You need to understand how the ManyChat side works so the final slide actually drives the comment and the automation.

A thumbnail decides whether the video gets watched at all, and a story sequence decides whether someone acts, so none of this is decoration. You own how all of it looks and feels: the composition, the type, the polish, the click. The subject we work in is specialised, and learning it is not optional.
The strongest thumbnail in our space comes from someone who actually understands what the video is about, because the image has to be accurate and credible, never misleading, while still pulling the click.

You do not need to know the subject yet, but you have to genuinely want to learn it deeply and keep learning it. That is half the job. The other half is creativity. Two designers handed the same title will not produce the same thumbnail, and the gap between them is the whole game. I want the one who brings a real idea, a fresh angle, composition and type with actual taste, not a template filled in. Learn the subject, then be creative inside it. If either of those does not excite you, this is not your role. So: genuinely skilled and creative, with real taste in design and type, who understands what makes someone stop scrolling, click and act.

Dependable, fast, and you take feedback and apply it. Ongoing, long-term, not one-off freelance you fit around other things.

Pay is 25k INR a month. Tell me about yourself and the design work you have made, and send a couple of examples (thumbnails and any story or social design).

What you will own
60x short-form videos every month, with a vertical thumbnail for each. Two types:

\- 30 are very simple to edit: talking-head videos made from a Canva board. The cutting is light, but the motion, pacing and clean on-brand finish have to be right every single time.

\- 30 are edited from raw footage. The creator shoots clean one-takes, so this is less about heavy cutting and more about designing the video: the hook, the motion, and the flow that keeps people watching. \[Main Part\]

\- Making a simple vertical thumbnail for the short form videos (these are very simple, its just to organize on the page)

You own how everything looks, moves and feels. The thumbnails follow one simple style so the whole profile looks clean and consistent.

The standard

Every video has to grab in the first second, carry one clear idea, and hold till the end. The sequence has to be properly designed, not just put together: a real hook and a flow that pulls people through. The volume is steady and the standard stays high.

The subject

It is specialised and it matters: health, wellbeing and appearance. You do not need to know it already, but you must genuinely want to learn it deeply, because everything we put out has to be accurate and credible while it still performs. If learning a serious subject does not excite you, this is not the role for you.

Who we want

Genuinely skilled and creative. You understand retention, what makes someone stop scrolling and what makes them stay. Reliable, fast, and you take feedback and apply it the first time.

How to apply

Message me with what you have done before. Kindly share your actual short-form editing and your vertical covers, not a generic showreel. In one line, tell me how you think about holding attention till the end.

Pay is 50,000 to 70,000 INR per month, as per your skill. If it is a strong fit, I will pass you on to my manager.

Long Form Editor / Motion Graphics

Long-form video editor to own our long-form content (remote, long-term)

Hi, I am hiring a long-form video editor to own our long-form content fully. Remote and long-term.

The responsibility:

6x Long Form Videos Per Month: 4x talking-head long-forms and 2x vlogs a month, edited start to finish. The talking-heads are dense and educational, the vlogs are narrative and personal, and both have to feel cinematic, clear, and credible.

6x Thumbnails Per Month for the videos. The thumbnails are not an add-on. They decide whether the video gets watched at all, so you have to design thumbnails that earn the click and represent the video honestly. This matters as much as the edit itself.

Checking analytics on the long form videos, understanding where retention was high/low and why, replicating in future videos to progressively improve always.

The standard here is high. A long-form has to hold someone for the full runtime: tight pacing, clean structure, visuals that carry the explanation, not a wasted second. You own how all of it looks and feels.

This is where long-form is different. You have to understand our subject inside out, because you cannot edit dense educational content well if you do not actually grasp it. You decide what to emphasise, what to cut, and what visual makes an idea land, and that only happens if you genuinely understand the material and care about getting it right. The subject is specialised and it matters. Everything we put out has to be accurate and credible while still holding attention.

I want someone genuinely skilled and creative, who has edited real long-form and knows how to keep people watching to the end. Strong on thumbnails. Dependable, fast, and you take feedback and apply it.

Tell me about yourself and the long-form work you have made, and send a couple of examples.

The responsibility:

60x short-form videos a month: (30 built from our Canva board templates, very simple to edit doesn't require much time at all) + 30 fully edited from filmed raw footage, each with a thumbnail. The content creator is expetionally skilled at making these one-take, so minimal cutting usually is required.

2-3 Instagram story sequences a week (Using images your provided, and finding other images too to create 3-4 slides per story sequence to lead to a CTA, a manychat automation (eg. comment SYSTEM...)

The volume is steady and the standard is high here!
Every video has to grab in the first second, carry one idea cleanly, and hold to the end. The story sequences have to be designed, with a real hook and a flow that pulls people through, not thrown together. You own how all of it looks and feels.

Dependable, fast, and you take feedback and apply it.

Main focus, long-term, pay is dependant on skill here.

Message me if you fit the criteria and what you’ve done before and show me story sequences, vertical short form covers (simple thumbnails) and the actual editing on short form you’ve done.

If all is well then I will pass you on to my manager.
