$9 for a steak quesadilla?
Are we wrapping them in gold now? Did taco bell delete the drive through and just become a steakhouse? What are we doing? Is Taco Bell trying to go bankrupt?

I know that Dee and Dennis’s mom for the show has been written off but I was watching a lot of Goldie Hawn movies and was thinking she could easily play Dee’s mom. She’s retired now and it’s too late but thought that they were similar.
Romancing the Stone (1984) staring Michael Douglas, Kathleen Turner and Danny Devito. I saw Jewel of the Nile (1985) first then this second, opposite of my father. This one was always his favorite. I secretly liked Jewel of the Nile a little more because I thought we got more Danny Devito in it when I was little but he is in both of them. Have you seen these two films? Which one is your favorite? Highly recommend them if you haven’t seen them.
Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call: New Orleans (2009) by Werner Herzog starring Nick Cage, Val Kilmer and Eva Mendes. There’s a lizard scene in this movie that is so good. Very great film if you haven’t seen it. Cage was really good in this one
This is like a bad acid trip. It won’t let me delete my account and it won’t stop suggesting the DUMBEST SHIT IMAGINABLE even though I snoozed posts for 30 days. This is the worse app I have ever seen. This is the social media equivalent to Wendys in the 2020s
I miss it so much. Idk what happened to my Alphas. I miss that Mechanicsburg edge with a black conservative leader. Happy for their success but to say that this era was bad and wanting to take it back is nuts. This was the Nirvana Nevermind of podcasting.
I remember when I was younger in my teens in the early 00s and hearing the Doors and Hendrix more on the radio but the biggest difference I have seen in the Doors from then and now has been on YouTube. In the early 00s and even the early 10s there were plenty of Doors live performances on YouTube and you could see the band in many different ways. They were like the Beatles on YouTube. Now, since 2013 and I guess Re-Evolution all of those Doors performances were taken down/ off YouTube and some have been re-uploaded but not many people know how to find them or see them. The Doors in the 20s on YouTube have become more like the Grateful Dead. Where all we got is the Hollywood Bowl and recorded audio shows by fans. It isn’t all bad because we got new pocket footage of Jim in many cases and Palace in the Canyon. Which I don’t remember in 2012. As a older head the change drives me nuts, but have noticed it has added to the legend of Jim and Ray to gen Z and also noticed how it has kept the Doors popular with Gen Z whereas I think Gen Z is less interested in say, the Beatles. Has anyone else noticed this change? Like I’m a big Doors fan and videos I played at parties in college back in the day just disappeared.
Tim Dillon discusses the downfall of Real Estate shows due to the rising costs of home ownership and a market pushing out young adults.
A lot of Boomers even in my own life have bought out startup homes from under millennials and gen x then they turn around and turn them into rental properties and AIR BNBs for double the price. It’s so bad theres literally boomers who pay $900 in mortgage and then rent a room for $800. They have completely destroyed the market and the American Dream. When are we going to start taxing them 50% on their second homes federally? The states are already taking action. We will never do this again as a country and their legacy will reflect the consequences just like inside trading in Congress. They are pigs in mud with money and screwing over the younger generations
I recently acquired Sleepy Hallow on VHS and it was really good. I rewatched From Hell too. I enjoyed both films thoroughly but thought that From Hell was more of an adult film and you have to pay attention more. I couldn’t decide which movie was best so I thought it would be fun to ask and ask why you think so.
Even in 2010 instagram was a social media network for friends that you knew not complete strangers. Same with facebook but now those outlets promote videos and material from strangers and destroyed local friend networks. Everyone wants to be TikTok. It’s ridiculous it’s just filled with ads and influencers who are just trying to promote. Not look for friends. Facebook is just for marketplace now. Social media used to be for people who kept in touch with friends who moved away, family or even finding a relationship. Now it’s about marketing, influencers, and bragging about how lavishly you are living while everyone else is suffering. Do you think social media has lost touch with what it was designed for and corporate greed/marketing has destroyed it? Does it ever come back?

People getting out of college or graduating highschool can’t afford 2k apartments and $1500 studios all while boomers pay $900 for their homes. Same with gas. The younger generations aren’t prepared for this so why are we doing it? For the old generation? The older generations get to raise the prices and enjoy their horrible market from the top. The younger generations are the ones suffering.
So the bottles I have are from Park Palce Pharmacy that was on the corner of Belvidere and Main street in Richmond, VA. Now it is the Park Place Plaza parking garage for parc view apartment that sits on W Grace Street. The bottles are From the early 1900s I have a photo of the street during that time with the bottles. Cool to see where the name of these places came from and they didn’t just make it up. Didn’t know if any bottle lovers would enjoy that.
