Seems like a lot of people wanting to be in the running this time.

A year ago someone on here asked “how is this legal?” after noticing a sitting CT state senator worked for Eversource while serving.

I looked into CT's ethics rules and the answer is basically: the law was written to allow it.

Went down a rabbit hole on Eversource, PURA, the legislature and how CT defines conflicts of interest. Not surprising but still wild.

Maybe that’s to distract from his own liberal record of expanding Connecticut’s woke DEI policies and providing taxpayer-financed tuition assistance to illegal immigrants. I’m not afraid of a bare-knuckle political fight — Republicans need a real warrior to win this election in November…and I am that warrior."
