Solasta 2 needs custom campaigns if it wants to be truly great
I’m excited for Solasta 2, but I honestly think custom campaigns are essential if the game is going to live up to the potential of the first one.
The official campaign might be excellent, but that is still one campaign. What gave Solasta its real longevity was the ability for players to create their own adventures. Some of the best experiences I had with the game came from community campaigns, and they gave me reasons to return long after I had finished the main story.
I know that adding a campaign creator to Solasta 2 would be a huge challenge. I’m not pretending it would be easy or that it could simply be copied from the previous game. But I still think it is worth prioritising, even if it arrives some time after the launch of the full release.
Solasta has never had the budget or production values of something like Baldur’s Gate 3. What made it special was that it offered a faithful tactical RPG that could also become a platform for people to create and share their own D&D-style adventures. Very few modern games offer that possibility with quality.
Without custom campaigns, Solasta 2 could still be a good RPG. It could have a strong story, great combat and a well-designed world. But once most players finish the campaign, they will probably move on, and interest in the game will fade. With custom campaigns, it could become a game people are still playing, modding and talking about many years later. Maybe like the persistent worlds of Neverwinter Nights, which people are still playing 24 years after the release of that game and which made it a cult classic.

Not my mod. Just found it on YouTube and think it looks cool. Might justify another playthrough.
After a few weeks without porn I feel like I just want to lay in bed all day and do nothing. Is this withdrawal?
For real, I've been feeling like this for maybe a week now. All the time.
My bed feels like a black whole that's pulling me down.
Nothing gives me satisfaction or pleasure.
I am taking anti-depressants and still feel like life is not worth living.
Please, help me understand if this could be withdrawal symptoms. This really sucks. I am worried.
