Need advice (NHS, Nottingham - UK)

So I did my sleep study in late June, ended up getting diagnosed on 17 July with Moderate-Severe OSA, they didn't give me any of the data/stats so I have no idea what my AHI is which is frustrating.

It says average wait time is 46 weeks so about 10 months roughly.

Is it worth just buying my own CPAP? I have the funds to do it and don't feel like waiting until next year to potentially get treatment. I have a dentist appointment next week so going to mention mandibular device and if that would be beneficial too but I don't mind getting CPAP treatment first, then going down that route later if needed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Arozzi or SecretLab?

I know this sub is primarily for office chairs, but I'll explain why I'm posting here.

Office Chair = OC
Gaming Chair = GC

A few years ago, I used this sub to help decide between an OC and a GC. I ended up buying a refurbished Herman Miller Aeron, but after two years, I still can't get comfortable in it. I've tried sitting in perfect posture, but I've never liked the chair. I've also had a few other people try it, and they felt the same.

Since it was such an expensive purchase, I've decided I'm not buying another chair without trying it first, especially if it's above a certain price.

Currys in the UK has quite a few gaming chairs you can try, and one of the few I actually really liked was an Arozzi Vernazza. I know a lot of people say SecretLabs is the only gaming chair worth considering, but since I can't try one in person, I'm not as comfortable spending that much on one.

Would the Arozzi be worth getting?
Are gaming chairs just inherently bad and/or should I consider SecretLabs?

Cheers

Food Cravings

Quick question, do you notice your food cravings or cravings to other bad addictions worsen or get better when you're on a no PMO streak?

Ordered E7 Frame + Desktop early June, still waiting...

I've received the frame, which arrived a few days after ordering, but I still haven't received the Bamboo desktop. I was told it would be shipped on 30 June, but I haven't had any updates since then. The website still just says "partial shipped."

I was just wondering if this is normal?

Sleep scores since update

Anyone else's sleep scores change a lot since the new update? It's gone from 70-80% roughly to 40-50% which is probably more accurate as my sleep hasn't been good recently, but was wondering if it's got more accurate sensors now or something else?

Recommended Android Tablet for my mother?

Hi, looking for tablet recommendations for my mother. (UK)

Usage: Would be doing Prolific Surveys, Social Media, occasional YouTube. The surveys don't work that well on a mobile phone so we thought a tablet would be better due to screen size and she doesn't like laptops.

Budget: Not a set budget but probably no more than £4-500

She uses Samsung products primarily if that makes a difference?

Energy Drinks

Dunno if this is relatable to anyone else, but I've noticed my cravings/habits have been particularly bad as of late whilst I've been consuming an energy drink pretty much everyday.

I already know my NoFap cravings go down when I go caffeine free, but work becomes infinitely harder when I go off it.

I've done NoFap on caffeine before, but I'm thinking energy drinks are making it infinitely harder and need to cut it out asap.

Convinced Ping is wrong as input delay is inconsistent

The amount of games I go into where its blatantly obvious that one player is getting every 50/50, can react quicker, turn quicker etc... yet the ping will say 10-20 and feels the exact same as 120-150 ping.

Only Knockout seems worth the time investment imo?

If you genuinely enjoy just the gameplay then ignore this post, I'm talking about the time sink for rewards.

Currently, only Knockout seems worth it to me and was wondering if anyone else thought the same?

For me, I don't have many players with high potential so need to get grinding for packs to get new players with good potential. My team rating is 78 atm after 19 hours play-time, got Top 500 in Knockout.

I look at the rewards for other modes and they don't seem worth the time other than the XP amounts, but if you don't have high-potential players in the first place, the XP is doing nothing. I think some of these rewards need more of the P currency to buy packs or just more packs as its hard to obtain new players currently, especially once you've got all the attainable challenge packs.

Also, as a F2P player, 9/10 times my team is worse than my opponents so unless everyone has put money into the game, have I just got unlucky with packs lol?

Have to uninstall Denuvo Anti-Cheat every time I load up the game (PC)

Anyone got any ideas how to fix this? Tried using ChatGPT/Google to help but not luck either.

I've tried turning startup type to Automatic, seems to reset back to disabled every time I reboot PC.

Tried checking firewall to see if its getting blocked, can't see anything there either.
