Zwei Sparpläne für ein Konto

Hi,

First 10k :) Need tips to get better

My first 10k. Ofcourse this is run/walk. Started running consistently in April this year. I was aiming for 1:10 but it is extremely humid and hot where I live right now. Walked almost all of last 1 km. Need tips to bring this time close to 1h. I think negative splits will help me a lot but i am not just able to control my pace at the start. The max distance before this I had done was 8.4 km, 2 weeks back.

First 5K without walking in between

Hi all, just wanted to share an achievement. Its not a lot, but regular running sure helps. Been consistently running for about 1.5 months. My 5k PR is 32 min (run/walk though). Hopefully this will help me beat it by this month end 🤞.

Wake hybridcharge metric value

Hey all, I have a doubt regarding Hybridcharge metric. Every morning after I wake up, I check my hybridcharge and sleep score. It has been pretty accurate atleast in my case. But after the update, the value changes a lot after sometime. For eg. Today when I woke up and checked the wake Hybridcharge value was 88, I freshened up and checked after like half and hour, it shows 81 now. Same with the sleep score. This used to happen before the update as well, but the difference wasnt this big, it was usually 1-2 points. Any idea what drives this? Thanks

sim.de contract cancellation

Hello all,

I recently cancelled my sim.de contract earlier than the official end of the contract. I released the number from sim.de to switch to Telekom. My contract was supposed to end next year in June, but I was just fed up with their network connectivity that I had to cancel it.

After cancelling the contract, I had to call them to confirm the cancellation and the lady told that there will be a fee of 152 Eur to cancel the contract early and if I let it expire on its own by next year it will be around 180 Eur. So I went ahead on cancelling it early, I dont mind the fee, i just wanted to get rid of them as soon as possible. It was a mistake on my side before by not selecting the monthly cancellation plan but its fine.

After getting off from that call, I received an email from "unlimited24" that I have booked another order for some 15 Eur per month. I dont understand what this is. Does anyone have any idea regarding this? I tried calling them again but no one answered, nor did they reply to my question from the Kontakformular. Thanks.

Advice for lowering my HR

Hi all,

I am 27M, and recently (1.5 months to be exact) got back into running after years long break. I am not new to exercise in general as I am regular at gyms (3-4 times a week) but I usually just do incline walks as part of my cardios.

The first pic is from 1 month ago and 2nd one is from today. I want some advice on lowering my HR so that I can run longer. Compared to last month, I dont really get tired now after my run, neither do my legs hurt or anything. My max HR is in range of 190. I am able to run more and walk less now but still need some advice on lowering my HR in general so that I can run atleast 10k in near future without walking in between. I have tried Z2 running also but that pace for me is like a fast walk/ light jog more than a run.

Suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

Sparplan für Rocket Lab

Hallo,

Spring allergies getting worse year by year

Hi all,

I am concerned about my Spring allergies and I want to know if there is like a permanent solution to this. I have lived in India my whole life till 22 years of age, played in dust, travelled in dust but never got any allergies. I moved to Germany about 5 years ago and every spring in April-May I face terrible allergies: runny nose, constant sneezing, watery eyes, blocked nose during sleep.

In past 2 years it seems to have grown exponentially, where whole month of April and May I keep on wiping my nose and sneezing to the point I get headaches. I dont feel sick, dont have fever, I can do daily activities but its just so annoying.

I have a normal nasal spray, a steroid nasal spray, i take steam, also do nasal rinse, take anti-histamines, use N95 face masks but it never really goes away, just reduces a little bit. Some weather change and it comes back. Spring and summer are beautiful in Germany but i dont seem to enjoy it anymore because of this. Any advice?

Hey all,

I am 27M, 71.5 kg and 5'8. My HRV baseline is 48 ms which I feel is lower than usual. I want it to be in range of 70s. What can I do to improve it?

I work a desk job 9-5. I do strength training 3-4 times a week after work usually. And do incline walking and running as a part of my cardio during strength training days. I have been getting back at outdoor running as well after years long break.

I am considerably consistent with food, but once a week I tend to eat some junk for dinner. Trying to control that also. I dont drink alcohol as well. Have been getting consistently 7-8 hrs sleep everyday. Trying to get better at sleep times and wakeup times though.

Does changing dinner time to before 6-7 pm affect HRV? My dinner time is usually 8-9 pm and I sleep around 11-11.30 which doesn't have enough window for proper digestion I feel and that might be causing the low HRV. I also think sleep affects it as my Heliostrap tells I wake up during sleep around 5-6 times every night.

I need advice on how to improve HRV considering all this. Thank you.

Hello all,

I am wondering how to withdraw money from my scalable capital account? I have set up a 550 Eur savings plan and have been ivesting into ETFs since past 5 months now. So in total there is around 2800 eur in my portfolio with I think around 7% in profit. I want to invest long term so I am not going to take it out anytime soon.

But I was just going through the app and it shows 0 Eur for Withdrawable amount. I am confused as to why it shows that. It also shows cash restricted for withdrawals is 550 Eur (which is my savings plan).

If in the future when my portfolio is bigger and i decide for a payout, how can I do the withdrawal into my personal bank account?

Hello everyone.

We have been in a relationship for almost 4 years now and are serious about each other. I think of myself as the more romantic one in the relationship and I like to do small gestures for her once in a while. So as the title suggests: this thing bugs me.

We are in LDR since 5 months now and will be in one till july. So whenever we call, I always ask her about her day, her work, what did she do, etc. And she tells me everything in detail like the office banters and everything. She is the talkative one in the relationship. And its not about LDR, in general she never asks and I always do.

But in every call, we just talk about her. My days are all the same but I also have some different things sometimes to share but she never asks. Idk how to tell her that it makes me feel noticed and loved if she takes interest in my work and life and other interests in general.

And please dont advise like just sit and talk to her about this. I want advice on how to make her realize this. I don't want her asking me about my day because I asked her and posed it as a problem for me. I want her to really take interest in my life and ask. Please dont be rude lol.

Thank you!
