I caught a rather large flying cockroach in my sink with this container assuming that I could just starve it out. Unfortunately, these things can live for up to one month even without but as long as they have water.

These are from the box of photos I shared the other day. A few folks asked for close ups of the aviation pictures. I hope you find them interesting.

I have a box of approximately 200 photos. I know the soldier's name associated with them. He was in an American artillery unit. I will eventually find a way to share more of these. Does anyone happen to recognize any of the landmarks here?

This helmet belonged to Clarence Leroy Tharp. He served in Co. B, 5th Machine Gun Battalion, 2nd Division, AEF during WW1.

 He was awarded the French Croix de Guerre with bronze star.
