hi 28f i m in medical claims and underwriting , i need to switch from my current company and its seems switching is really difficult i dont know what company really wants .if anyone is from the same field can share some perspective.

hello i m into medical insurance/ medical claims working for 1.5 yrs in a reputated insurance company , i always thought being a fresher is hard but i think switching is hard recently i went into a walking drive , they hired the fresher on the spot but as a experienced candidates as we all have notice period to served we were told to wait , no matter how good my interview is either its all about notice period or salary hike ,if anyone here is in my field that can refer me it would be of great help i m open to medical claims and medical risk assesment.

Recently I had given an interview in a walk in drive and I cleared all the rounds of the drive and they said they will let me know in 2 to 3 days ? so will they call back ? how many days usually it takes ? and anyone in the sub got hired from walk in drive ? for context - i m still working do i do have a notice period and at the final round only 5 candidates where there ,they hired the fresher on the spot and told all the experienced candidates to wait for 3 days ? what do you think ?

what should i do for my first solo trip

hello 31f so i always thought i will travel solo one day but didnt knew this day will come this fast and i m quite nervous the travel is not by choice its by situation i had an interview there and its in mountains in the hills 🤌 in india its a beautiful lace , offbeat not so crowded so i was yeah what the harm in going there, now as the day is approaching near i m literally nervous how will i manage how will sleep alone at a hotel nights makes me anxious as a women so what should i do what things i should keep in mind?

hello everyone i recently joined a Mnc as a fresher and i m new to corporate , i have worked before but not in a corporate setting and oh my god this feels i m doing a reality show of big boss or man vs wild ,total survival insticts .i m.a introvert and you can say i m a loner its a been year here so we have regular error audits for our work my trainer doesnt like me i dont why mostly i do work from home since 6 months i have been ignoring his partiality towards his favourite employees . but today me and my colleague we both have errors in our work but he chose to put my name in the error list in offical mail and he removed my colleague name and it made me so much mad like the audacity with which he is openly biased i have talked to my manager before how he targete me but nothing happened .So what should i do should i tell my manager again or should i just ingore him and silently try to switch .market is so bad thats why i dont want to escalate this matter i want to earn money go home and the switch i want clean image in my company so that when i resign they will let me go but this trainer is getting on my nerves and he is passive aggressive and he indirectly targets me its affecting my mental health

see life is not black and white its grey and i think we have to let it go but my friends are telling me to involve HR or talk to.the manager

hello i have finally accepted it like its the hair that makes and break your look no matter what i wear i never look out together ,thanks to my hairs ,so i have thin, frizzy wavy hair ,nothing looks good on my hair i have tried leave in conditioner also but i have noticed it it makes my hairfall worse esp conditioner also .So i m thinking to switch to hair masks and give it a try.Please please tell.me a good hair care routine with good hair mask.
