Does your work matter here in the PH?

I plan to go AWOL here in my current company. Was wondering if mattrack ba sya when I go to the USA? For context Im a US citizen that spent time here to be closer to family and finish my studies. I also applied to jobs and luckily, I got one but the thing is gusto ko na mag AWOL. I cant render kasi ende na talaga kaya ng mental health ko yung treatment sa company na toh. any thots on this?

Resigning

I want to resign na po talaga. My mental health is at its all time low and I cant take on the pressure anymore. My contract states that rendering period is 30 days. Can I lessen that without any medical certifications? I just really need to go, my workload is too much but nothing senior members cant handle i believe. Im just so tired and my health is suffering bad. There were days na hindi na ako nakakakain and im just tired overall. Please help, how can I resign without ruining my career in the long run. I dont plan to re apply here naman and my manager is nice naman but HR kasi dun ako natatakot baka madaming need or hindi ako mabayaran. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you po.

mistakes in jobs

what happens if you quit but made mistakes in the job but they only realized it after you were let go?

i havent made mistakes that havent been raised. i always make sure my work is double checked. however what if they found out there were mistakes in your work after you have been let go. what do they do? do they follow you or not.

Can i just quit my job?

context: im not sure if i want to leave the team kasi pagod and overworked na rin sila and ive been helping out lng. management is toxic but the people are okay and we are all doing are best. but idk if i can leave them ng ganun ganun lng hirap kasi talaga kasi medjo mabigat din workload ko. at the same time mapapasa lang toh sa kabila so parang wala rin akong nagawa for them to help out and only made the burden worse. idk sobrang hirap ng desisyon na toh. personally i just wanna go and quit cos supportive yung mga tao sa paligid ko but i only worry abt my team.

Am i overthinking this?

Hi! Im a contractual worker for 1 year with the chance to be absorded. Pagkahire, we were assigned certain accounts and I was pretty okay with the accounts assigned to me. However, Nung Monday, I was assigned a new account that was kinda difficult based on what my team has mentioned. I have been here for 3 months and they needed more help so they asked me to fill in. No tasks pa naman so far more on training me pa on how to handle this but i think ang inooverthink ko is good thing ba toh na ako yung dinagdag nila instead of the other people in my team? there were 2 more that they couldve chosen but in the end ako pinili. idk if good thing ba toh na maybe my skills are good naman and nagddoubt lng ako sa sarili ko or bad thing kasi baka alam nila na i would be drained from this new account and maybe not perform as well? idk any advice on this?

how to stop having a workaholic mindset

My team is very big on dont work after work hours which i am very grateful for kasi i heard na may ibang companies na minsan expected pa sya. but sometimes they do work hindi lng nila sinasabi pero they still remind us na wag namin sila gayahin. for context newbie pa lang so they say these things. however, i would say na workaholic ako slight. i want to get things done minsan agad. feel ko kasi nasa college pa ako na i can do my tasks any time. i dont really know how to navigate this. for example, we work with international colleagues kasi and sometimes they would message us during night time and dapat clock out na ako or im not supposed to look at my emails anymore but i did and may task pala so gusto ko na sya gawin but deep down dapat hindi kasi nga its already not working hours anymore. feel ko kasi sa work parang dapat tapusin na agad ang utos kahit na hindi namn kailangan. any advice on this?

Tips on driving in BGC

Im a newbie driver and I really wanted to ask for some tips when driving in bgc. how would i know if i can turn right even when the stoplight is red? sometimes there's signs that say if you cant but what about if there arent any signs? do i just assume na pwede? i know na bgc has clear lanes naman and arrows on where to go but im just really curious on like what i should look out for. im kinda afraid of getting a ticket and things like that so any advice is really helpful. i also wanted to ask, does the cctv in bgc considered ncap? or is that for security purposes mainly? ill be working there soon kasi and would try to bring a car sometimes so i just wanna prepare since i usually dont drive there when we go. thanks!
