So I understand that chaos space marines don’t really have the facilities to do training like regular space marines do, they don’t have much viable gene seed and they don’t have scouts so you’re either a marine or not, but surely they don’t just grab kids, shove their super precious gene seed in them and hope for the best right? Are there any examples of what they do to make sure their “recruits” are indoctrinated and battle ready?

Hi all, I’ve never made a 30k army before so I’m looking for some advice and feedback. It’s basically just a couple 10 man tactical squads and a praetorian plus a couple more units I thought would be cool, though I’m considering dropping the medicae plus 1 of the heavy chain axes for 2 rhinos.
