As the title say, I am curious of your theories. I always found it odd Rubel sent Clare to fight there when Ophelia herself was enough to take it down (kinda crazy) but what if a third claymore like Flora, Miria or even a non single digit like Helen and Deneva. Do you think she would have jumped them all just because of their scent?
I do not know if you have seen recently the video of the blue hair trans person in Florida freaking out at a police officer, but that video was posted on PublicFreakout and someone commented that some subreddit must now be missing a mod, to which I replied ''maybe NoStupidQuestion''. I was banned for that comment ''maybe NoStupidQuestion'' for allegedly breaking a rule for committing ''misoginy'' how the fuck is suggesting the name of a subreddit being misoginy?
I dunno if I'm going crazy but these past 2 weeks I've seen a bunch of victim posts from brand new accounts and reading their texts just feel off. Like its either absurdly cartoonishly evil or very low effort almost like I am reading answers out of AI prompts or someone is testing bots or AI agents or something. If that is the case why would that be happening and does anyone else have been having that feeling lately? Like sure some posts seem very human and genuine and people can be abused or live shitty situations, but i've seen a couple lately that feel either absurd or cold low effort type almost like its just a formal basic generated post.
Im basically looking for friends to play with for fun. If you want maybe we can do that last season update to get the last 2 schematics I missed since I had uninstalled the game before back then.
I am at episode 14. And here are the things I looove that this show is doing that just scratches an itch:
- It so often has an atmosphere like I can feel the weather. The rain, the campfires, the sky, wind, sunsets even just the regular cities.
- It has its quiet moment of traveling that takes me back to when I used to travel too, just a sense of exploration. Feeling the current moment.
- The character's style of course. Their weapons, cloths, hair, even voices and the metal sound their feet armor produces sometimes.
- The music is very appeasing. Love the guitar and classical ones especially.
- The voice acting (I'm stuck only with dub but I find it nice so far, I am usually into subtitles with japanese voices but dub is nicely done here).
- The architectures of the cities and inside the buildings. I dunno if thats just older anime in general or not, but I always catch myself looking at the decor, the beds, the windows, the statues etc...
- The characters start oddly enough all mostly detached and cold, and many of them seem to open up and become warmer as the episodes go. I loved the ending of episode 12 between Clare and Raki but also loooved episode 14 at the lake where Clare and Ilena (Irene) talk.
- It gives you this feeling of both wanting to walk in the mountains and explore as well as that feeling of when you stay inside watching the rain or thunderstorm. It is very soothing for an anime classified as dark fantasy, but then again I'm not familiar with them so maybe that's common for the genre?
- I am someone who struggles to find something I like, but when I do, I like very much but even still claymore is above my average liking experience as I watched 14 episodes in 3 days... Its an unusual rate for me but I'm just never bored at all watching it so I never feel the need to stop until I just gotta go haha.
- In conclusion, I do finally get the confusion as to how it's so good yet so niche and not as much known/mainstream considering how good it is. I find myself also confused as to how I never heard of it until this year by sheer luck of a random facebook post.
- Will definitely buy a physical copy that I can preciously keep somewhere as soon as I can. Even if I haven't finished yet I can tell it goes in my precious mental vault of favorite stories I could rewatch or buy physical copy just to give it an extra chance of continuing to exist even after an apocalypse lol.
- And yes do not worry I will read the manga once I finish the series, the comments were very encouraging.

I absolutely love it. It has everything I love so far, which is medieval fantasy, a sense of exploration with calm moments and of course strong warrior women with a kindness in them that makes you want to snuggle into their arms. Amazing.
Had not played in months so I am currently low rank, decided to play again. Dude played his turn for like 5 minutes of solitaire where despite one ash, still managed to call an effect that made it so when it was my turn, my entire hand was shuffled into the deck and that by itself would be fine because the effect makes it so that you are supposed to just draw the same number of cards but hey what do you know he's got droll lockbird effect stacked on top of that so the game asks me to play my first turn with 0 cards, essentially forced to skip and lose the duel, not because I have a bad deck or the other playwer has negates, no but rather because I literally don't have cards on my very first turn.
So let's see what we got here, we got a guy playing for 5 minutes of solitaire who makes it so his opponent literally has no cards, essentially forcing you to skip your turn, so he just essentially gets to play 2 turns in a row to insta kill you. IN BRONZE RANK 3 DESPITE HAVING THE SUPPOSEDLY HAND TRAPS THAT PEOPLE KEEP BRINGING UP THAT IS SUPPOSED TO FIX THAT SORT OF STUFF.
It did not fix anything. The game having literal possible plays that locks the other player not even from playing his first turn because of negates no but into literally starting the game with NO CARDS is absolutely unacceptable and shouldn't be a thing ever no matter how much you wanna be an ass and be like ''but muhhhh handtraps broooo'' even if some players might be lucky enough to draw enough handtraps, the SHEER POSSIBILITY OF THIS SITUATION HAPPENING IN THE FIRST PLACE is still totally unacceptable.
People who would still defend that kind of stuff with just ''bad luck'' are idiots that justify Konami into never fixing its game from leading some players into asburd states that cannot even be played. You just sit there for 5 minutes thinking you're here to play a card game but nah you're here to watch someone play solitaire and you yourself do not get to play. Its dumb, its stupid, this game needs either a massive new banlist or straight up new rules that avoid these types of scenarios from ever even happening (hand traps or not I don't care).
No game, board game, video game or whatever, should have many possible plays where the other player just does not get to ever touch the game when his turn comes. Whatever deck you would possibly have had in this situation didn't even matter. YOU GOT NO CARDS.
I know it's only been a year but the issues i had with the xm5 was never the hinges, it was always that around 1 year or 1 year and a half there is one ear that would stop working entirely, no sound or anc it just suddenly dies while i wear them or after charging. Its insane ive had like 4 pairs in 4 years and everytime the same problem. I do use them extensively probably 15 hours per day but still you would think at that price it would not die in less than a year like my current pair, which is my third but still guaranteed so im getting the fourth tomorrow, dunno if the store will offer the xm6 instead. Do you know or expect the xm6 to have also fixed that issue? Also some people said online to do a firmware update but my ear is still dead after, strange cause the touchpad still works just fine. Before it died while i was wearing them i felt uncomfortable shifts of pressure in that ear.
