New to the gym and was wondering if bringing a whole bunch of stuff and dressing "properly" is really ideal. As I said, im new and i went to the gym for the first time and I had on a breathable polo (collar) shirt with some khaki cargo pants and nikes.. i also brought my water bottle and that was it. is this normal i guess for you avid gym goers? Also there was a few people in there with a duffle bag and was curious what else could you possibly need for the gym to be carrying a duffle bag?

I just noticed that walmart drivers be looking fresh!

my company supplies us some pretty cool uniforms but I kinda get envious everytime I see the Walmart guys in their polo shirts with those little american flag patches lol... companies need to invest in their drivers more because were representing them!

Ive been following this group for some time now and i haven't yet bought a DNA test, I just say she a viz.. I paid $200 for this dog from a family and was told she was just "mixed." She does look similar to a viszla but not quite.. what do you guys think?

Almost 40 with a "kid bod."

Genetically, I cannot gain weight. I have been roughly 135lbs all throughout Highschool and now almost at 40 yrs old.. I still have a kid type body. What do you guys recommend as far as a work out routine to help me look atleast slightly bigger. I'm 5'10 and skinny so will take any recommendations
