2026 700MT Upgrades

Hi y’all !

I bought my 700MT brand new in march, it’s has been a great purchase since !

I love this bike, and would like to upgrade few things for my everyday use.

First of all, I’m looking for a reliable wireless carplay module, hooked directly on a 12 port (I’ve heard that there is a vacant one under the covers on the left side, is that true ? Is it always on or is it only on when the key is turned ?). I don’t need an enormous screen or whatever, 7 inches would be perfect.

Then, I’m looking for a center stand, it would be a great addition to maintaint the chain and so. Where du you guys buy one ? I can’t find one shipped to France…

Finally, as I usually ride on the highway at 130kph, so around 6000rpm (French here 😊), I would like to lower the RPM by removing a teeth on the rear gear, it sould reduce the motor speed by 1000rpm. Where could I buy it ? What is the tightning torque of the nuts ?

Thanks y’all !

Advices needed for a 85"

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a new TV for my living room. Given the layout of the room, I can fit a screen up to 85 inches (my sofa is about 2.6 meters from the wall). For reference, I'm located in France. I'm currently still using a Panasonic plasma screen.

My budget is around €1,300, although I could stretch it to €1,500 if the product is truly worth it.

My usage is fairly straightforward: I don't watch traditional TV channels. I mainly use Netflix, HBO, and watch Blu-ray movies. My main requirements are 3 or 4 HDMI ports, an optical audio output, and native 4K resolution. An Ethernet (RJ45) port would also be appreciated, although it's not essential.

At Darty, I saw the TCL QD Mini-LED 85C79K for €1,499, and I thought it looked absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, it's now out of stock. I also came across the Samsung TQ85Q80C for €1,195 (discounted from €1,529), and I was very impressed with it as well.

Within the same price range, I've also found the following models:

  • Hisense 85E7S
  • Hisense 85E7Q
  • Samsung TU85U8005H
  • Samsung TU85U8005F
  • LG 85NU850

I'm not sure which one to choose. I really loved the TCL 85C79K, and the Samsung Q80C also made a great impression on me. On the other hand, I wasn't impressed by the Samsung TQ85Q7F—I found the picture lacked depth and the colors looked rather flat.

What would you recommend? I'm having a hard time deciding.

Thanks in advance for your advice!

Is my Roomba broken ?

Hey guys !

So, as the title says, my Roomba is acting weird.

Since few weeks, I had troubles to make my Roomba clean my entire house. I’ve redone the map and everything started working again.

By since 2 weeks, my Roomba won’t clean my guest bedrooms. It can go through to clean the guest bathroom.

I started again and again, the robot won’t even pass the door. The whole room is selected, there is no obstruction, the robot is clean, I don’t know what to do.

The schedule correctly predict a 7 minute cleaning time, which sound right due to the size of the room, but after only 1 minute, it goes back to the base to finish the journey. No error, no message, like it worked as it should…

What do I do ?

Merci 🔥

G27 Software issue

Hi everybody,

I’m kinda desperate about my fabulous g27.

I’ve mine since brand new, bought in 2011. My current computer is on Windows 10. It never failed, I love this thing.

So, I wanted to play Euro Truck Simulator 2, but I was unable to use my wheel. I tried a lot of things, like changing the USB port to plug the wheel directly to one on the motherboard, reinstalling softwares, nothing helped.
Then I manually closed Logitech G HUB, and suddenly my G27 worked again.

When I tried to play again, few weeks after my first issue, same problem again, and it slowly became harder and harder to make my system work.

But now nothing works anymore closing G HUB don’t help. I tried everything, reinstalling LGS 5.10, it just won’t work. I noticed that during the installation of LGS, the software detects a « Logitech WingMan » instead of my G27, so naturally it can’t work.

When I plug the wheel, it restarts again and again and again, then eventually stops restarting, but it’s never recognized by my computer….

I tried to launch as an administrator, using compatibility mode, I don’t know what to do.

Do someone know what to do ?

Apple Plan on AW S9

Hi y’all !

I’m experiencing a slight upsetting feature on my Apple Watch Series 9 GPS 45mm (Watch OS 11.6.1)

So, when I use my iPhone as a GPS, I often use Waze or Google maps. They works great but I prefer the interface of Apple plans.

The problem is that when I use plan, my watch won’t stop reminding me the next action to do : turn left, turn right, go straight and so on…So it make sounds, vibrate, and I’m like «  damn my phone is in front of me, stop reminding me things I already know ! ».

I tried to close the app on the watch, but nothing works. And I can’t uninstall plan from the watch. The watch keeps making notification for the GPS on my phone (my phone is unlocked btw)

Is there a solution ?

Effective heating

Hi y’all !

I’m a happy owner of an Intex hot tub for 6 people. The thing is like 7 or 8 years old and still works perfectly fine !

I’m not a hot water person ! I like my water at around 90ºF to 92ºF, it’s not that much. As you may know, it’s pretty hot today, and I’m looking for advices to heat up my hot tub without using electricity, but just using the sun rays hitting the tub. Is it better to open the top cover so the sun directly hits the water, or is it better to close the top cover to use a greenhouse effect ?

Thanks !
