Should I sell VGT and DRAM to buy VTI or VOO?

I initially had VFV and VXUS as part of my core portfolio but I got into the trap of performance chasing and sold both of them to buy VGT and DRAM. I bought VGT at its peak and I’m down a bit but I have gains from DRAM.

I’m considering selling both of them and full port into VOO or VFV again to reduce risk.

Is this the right move?

Can I swing trade out of this mess?

Thought I could make some quick bucks off of flipping the trade on ASTS when I fell from its ATH last month. I had no idea what was coming next. My margin account saw a drawdown of 35% in just 3 weeks. I waited for it to bounce back but it continued its downward journey and I finally decided to sell and get out of it this morning.

I can’t complain because I had opportunities to make profit but I got greedy and stopped myself from using stop limit. Now with a little bit of more exposure and experience to this kind of trade, I wanna fix my losses.

I bought MU this morning and it’s given me 5% already. Can someone help me recover my losses without risking more money even it takes a while to get the money back? How realistic is it without investing a ton of time into it?

Appreciate the help

Should I cut my losses and start over?

Started my investment journey beginning of this year and it’s been a rollercoaster ride.

I had a very good balanced portfolio distributed between index funds such as XEQT and VXUS and individual stocks like NVDA and GOOG. But over time I out money into some speculative stocks like RKLB and converted my Index funds into more aggressive growth ETFs like DRAM and VGT. By the end of may my portfolio was up 38% to date. I was feeling proud and emboldened with my gains and started taking more risks. I thought I was playing smart but then the month of June came and I made the biggest gamble of my life. I bought ASTS stock following advice on reddit thinking I could flip it for quick money. I used margin account for funds and immediately after buying, the next day it was down -10%. I thought I’d give it a few days to recover but the SpaceX IPO happened and my overly exposed to space stocks started taking a massive hit.

I’ve gone through a lot of stress and anxiety these last few days. My work and family life has suffered greatly. I thought I could handle risk but wasn’t prepared at all for the 40-50% drawdown. I’m holding so I’m not selling the bottom but each day is worse than the previous day.

Luckily my portfolio is down only 2% overall but I wanna get out of this mess now. Sell everything and put money into XEQT. I also feel that the moment I sell my bleeding stocks, they will jump up significantly making me feel even worse.

My brain is fried and I’m not sure what the right move is at this point.

Litter Robot 3 malfunctionaing

Hi

I purchased litter robot 3 just over a year ago and this thing has been nothing but headache. I had the base replaced under warranty after few months of use after it would constantly stop midway through the cycle and reverse. The new base has now the same issue and the warranty period is over. The globe gets stuck in upside down position and I have to reset it and it would cycle and stop then reverse and this would repeat for a long time before the globe settles to the original position (The red and blue still blinking)

I got really tried of it and decided to take it apart and DIY fix it. I disconnected the cables from the board and reconnected. I'm now seeing blue light rapidly flashing and none of the buttons work. I called support and they said I need to replace the DFI sensor and probably the motor. I don't know if I should order these parts as it doesn't gurantee having the issue fixed or should I throw out this expensive piece of junk I'm so frustrated with
