KLOW Cycle?

Been taking KLOW for about 3 weeks now. 15u. 7 days a week. Wondering what cycle you guys follow! I was thinking of doing either 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off. Or 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Let me know!

Return still a viable move?

I have this amazing Sableye that I used to love. I loved one shotting people with Return because they almost never expected it. However this was awhile ago, and I'm not sure how viable it is anymore.

Elite TM

So I love Greninja but don't have one myself. Every time I seem to battle against one I lose. I have this guy with event skin, and shiny XS but I would need to use an Elite TM to make him viable. I have two elite TMs currently. Do y'all think this bad boy is worth using it for?

With Jungle cup coming up, purifying this would give it almost R1 IV's. For this type of pokemon the increased Bulk could also be really solid. But the current IV's are also really solid for a shadow version. What do you think?
