I’m panicking . Should had phone appointment today as always . No call, waited 30 minutes and wrote in journal . In 10 minutes received reply that they called and I missed it . That is definitely not true . What can I do ? How is this possible ?

Why London pranksters not prosecuted more often ? Saw a guy who trying to scare people on the streets , laughs then and records it , and calling it prank he can earn on videos from scaring people . Why is that ok in our society and legal system ?

My deposit was protected when I moved in 5 years ago . And always was protected on time later when contract was renewed . But this year they allowed it lapse and my deposit not protected anymore ( it’s just expired) , is that ok ? Tenancy now periodic . England .

Had very strange situation . Made a transfer , then it was stopped and questions appeared about “ source of income”. I chose employment , then the annual income , and that is all. I’m paying rent upfront ( 6 months). Can someone advice please what is my notice period now ? In renters rights act it’s stating that “ Your notice must align with your rent payment dates (expiring on the day your rent is due or the day before).”. Can it be now 6 month ?

I received email from clear score that my score dipped this month , but no changes in the account , no credit cards , nothing . Checked equifax- no changes too. Did anyone had the same experience ? It’s being almost a week since first email , and second one stated that I need to check it . But no changes on the app.
