As someone who was born almost a year after the Disney Junior rebrand and never got to experience the playhouse Disney era, I do think that Genevieve from Choo-Choo-Soul's “Where the magic begins” theme for Disney Junior is good tbh. Atleast Disney Junior has it's own theme song now. But tbh The Imagination Movers' “No telling what I can do”/“On playhouse Disney” theme for playhouse Disney felt a little more interesting to me and it sounded more upbeat and actually fun to listen to on repeat. Both theme songs (NTWICD and WTMB) are very nostalgic IMO (I can just say that I like the imagination movers' theme for playhouse Disney more, the wiggles' one is great too) and tbh it sucks how the 2024 rebrand does not even have a theme song that plays during the bumpers/IDS anymore. This is why I honestly dislike the 2024 rebrand. It just feels pretty lame and tbh it pretty much feels like Disney Jr does not do re-runs of their old shows from 1996-2018 like they straight out forgot them (with the exception of The lion guard, obviously) and tbh, I enjoy the Disney Junior themes. I just don't get it why preschool networks don’t do that anymore.

So I was watching random handy manny clips on YouTube and I came across the “Bunk Bed” one, and noticed that in the Background, there is a poster of some masked super hero character that I think looks a lot similar to Gecko/Greg from PJ Masks. Could this have been a foreshadow to PJ masks, or did Disney Junior look back at their episodes and wanted to turn this character into a real character but made a few changes, or Smth else?

A few of these have reasons tho:

Franklin: Idk why but it just feels more like PBS kids than Nick Jr to me. I can kinda see it getting it's own “coming up next” character logo.

Rise Up, Sing out: IMO, it doesn't feel like a Disney Junior/Jr show. Including the animation style and what the show is supposed to be about too. It just feels more like it belongs to PBS kids tbh.

Shimmer and Shine: Okay, but Ngl, Shimmer and Shine just feels like it belongs on it's own channel. I mean, I don't really expect it to be airing on Disney Jr or PBS kids because yeah, I just think it belongs on Nick Jr (Honorable Mentions: Dora the Explorer, Blue's Clues, Paw Patrol, Blaze and the monster trucks, Peppa Pig)

RoboGobo: I have explained this in multiple posts/comments before, and I have said that Disney Jr has been Copying and Pasting their own animation style to different shows they air. And tbh, I just don't find it original and creative anymore. They barely make live action shows anymore too (also so does other children's channels as-well. And I feel so concerned because are kids not interested in live action preschool shows anymore?) and tbh RoboGobo feels to me like it has the Nick-Jr dynamics.

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse: Really dude? You expect turning on your television on a Saturday morning and somehow seeing Mickey Mouse on Nick Jr when he is owned by Disney? That literally makes 0 sense. That is basically if like SpongeBob made a preschool show that would air on PBS kids. IT MAKES NO SENSE. You understand why Mickey Mouse Clubhouse belongs on Disney Jr? Because duh, of course we needed a show about Mickey Mouse himself, and for those children who are Mickey Mouse lovers too (like me, growing up tbh). Which is why Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is the #1 show that belongs on Disney Jr.

Yeah the reason why it's playhouse Disney only was because I was a playhouse Disney Stan atp before being okay with Disney Junior tbh. Still disliking the 2024 rebrand…

Okay, so I have been in the gacha community since I was 7 (Not specifying what year since it might reveal my age), and it wasn't until 1 year later I made a YT channel and made Gacha content on it. So, in like late 2022-2023-Ish, I was like a Gacha TikTok Person and was obsessed with those Gacha TikTok compilations and used to make fake ones. When scrolling through Gacha TikToks in 2023, It was when I started to notice that everyone was using a similar editing style. And then, in 2025, I noticed that at-least 75% of the Gacha community was now full of trends and not even GLMM/GLMV's anymore like how it was growing up in the GC. So uh, ignoring how everyone sees it with the spoiled brats and alphas (or whatever), am I the only one that is just detested on how everyone just uses Alight Motion for their vids nowadays?? Like I can't even like that…and sure, it's a pretty popular app, but what about Capcut? Cutecut? Flip-a-clip? And also the only one that misses when the GC was full of gacha videos with like different OC/Animation styles and not basically the same one? Back when we had Gacha life, Gachaverse, Gacha studio. I just miss being an 8 year old tbh (That was when I had the whole Gacha Phase btw)
