Kya aapko bhi lagta hai ki aap life me sabse piche chhut gaye ho?

Aaj kal ek ajeeb si feeling aati hai. Jab bhi aas paas dekhta hu toh lagta hai baki sab apni life me sahi ja rahe hain. Sabka roz ka wahi routine hai, college jana, apna kaam karna. Aur sabse frustrating baat ye hai ki aisa lagta hai baaki log har cheez me mujhse behtar hain.

Main first year me hu aur roz yahi sochta hu ki main itna piche kyu reh gaya hu. Aisa lagta hai jaise sab aage nikal gaye hain aur main bas ek hi jagah par khada hu. Padhai ho ya life ka koi aur aspect, ek ajeeb sa pressure aur self-doubt feel hota hai jab unhe dekhta hu.

Kya sach me baaki sabki life itni sorted hoti hai?

Changing one sourcing requirement shouldn't mean starting over

One customer changed the product spec after I'd already contacted more than twenty suppliers.

That meant opening every chat again, sending the update one by one, then trying to remember which quote matched the new requirement. Half the suppliers were still quoting the old version, while the others had already switched to the new one. Before I could even compare prices, I had to figure out who was looking at which requirement.

It's such a small thing, but it wastes so much time. And every time it happens, I worry that I'll miss someone and end up comparing quotes that aren't even based on the same product.

I've been using accio sourcing toolkit, and this is probably my favorite feature. The ai keeps one shared requirement, updates supplier conversations automatically, and keeps every quotation matched to the right version. I don't have to stop whatever I'm doing just because a customer changed one detail.

Now I can grab lunch, jump into another meeting, or spend my time checking supplier backgrounds and comparing quotations while the repetitive updates happen in the background. When I come back, the supplier conversations are already updated and everything stays in sync.

I'm still the one making the final sourcing decision and negotiating with suppliers.

Curious if other people deal with this the same way, when a customer changes the requirement halfway through sourcing, how do you keep every supplier and quotation in sync without creating a mess?

Here's what i noticed after taking nad+ for 2 months

I'm starting to get older, and out of a concern for my brain's function I recently started nad+.

Since starting 2 months ago, I've noticed a few things.

Most importantly, I've noticed my mental clarity skyrocket, like a fog I'd never even noticed had been lifted. This is in large part a direct effect of the peptide, but also a side affect of the better sleep that the compound has given me.

Additionally, I bike quite frequently. One change that has greatly affected that, is a modest increase to my vo2 max. It's by a few percent, and has increased my watts in zone 4 by 5-6 on average.

tldr, this stuff is awesome.

yall got any workflow for turning beats into visuals without it takin forever?

been makin beats for a minute now. nothin crazy just stuff i actually like. but everytime i finish a track and think about puttin it out there i just stare at it like… now what lol. a waveform aint exactly gonna stop the scroll yknow.

i been tryna figure out how to create music video with ai without it feelin like a whole second job. like the beat is done. the mix is done. but then im supposed to spend another six hours cutting visuals to the drops and transitions? nah.

what im askin is how yall handle this part of the process. do you just post the audio raw and call it a day? do you shoot actual footage? mess around with some automated stuff? i know some people lean into the ai side but idk where the line is between using it as a tool and letting it do too much.

not lookin for links or brand names or whatever. just curious how other producers who actually make stuff regularly are approachin the visual side. feels like you kinda need video now to get ears on anything but the production time is already long enough without adding a whole visual pipeline on top.

whats the play here? do you just not stress about it or is there a workflow that doesnt make you wanna quit by the second chorus lmao

Need some ideas to earn pocket money as a student

I'm a old student and I want to earn some pocket money in my free time. I don't need big income, just enough for my daily expenses.

I have a smartphone and internet. I'm ready to learn new skills if needed.

Can you guys suggest some real ways to earn money? Online or offline both is okay. If you have personal experience then please share it.

I tried to create a 3D NPC starting from the “personality” instead of beginning with the look

I found that’s quite interesting when I did this. When creating characters in the past I tended to start by describing their appearance, such as clothing, hairstyle and props. But I want to try something different this time.

First write “personality”, then transform “personality” as “visual details”

The character design I have done this time is: A small travel NPC who always carriers too many things, often gets lost, but is always very excited during each trip.

Well this idea itself is actually vague. I broke it down first:

- “Always overpacks” —> oversized backpack

- “Gets lost easily” —> folded map

- “Still excited” —> excited expression

- “Travel NPC” —> camera, water bottle, simple travel outfit

- “Game character” —> clean silhouette, full body, readable shape

Then I first use a relatively simple prompt put it in Tripo AI text-to-3D:

“A stylized 3D travel NPC character, small cute proportions, oversized backpack, holding a folded map, tiny camera and water bottle accessories, slightly tired but excited expression, cozy adventure game style, clean silhouette, full body, standing pose, highly detailed, white background”

After the first version I mainly focused on the following points:

  1. Can it be immediately recognized that he is a travel NPC?

  2. Is the backpack a visual highlight?

  3. Are the items too chaotic?

  4. Does the expression convey “a bit tired but very excited”?

  5. Is the overall silhouette suitable for being a game NPC?

Then I found that the most common problem in character generation is not “insufficient details” but rather it becomes messy when there are too many details. So I did not add more information for the v2. I changed prompt to something that emphasizes more:

- Fewer accessories

- Clearer silhouette

- Exaggerated backpack shape

- Readable from a distance

- Game-ready character

Here is my final version prompt:

“A stylized 3D travel NPC character for a cozy adventure game, small cute proportions, oversized backpack with messy straps and a rolled sleeping mat, holding a folded map, tiny camera hanging on the chest, slightly tired but excited facial expression, bright curious eyes, simple travel outfit, slightly clumsy standing pose, clean readable silhouette, full body character, game-ready model, highly detailed, white background”

Feel like this workflow is quite practical especially when creating NPCs or storybook characters. Cuz it not merely describing “what this character looks like”, but rather it first asks: Who is the character? Which parts best reflects his personality?

I mean I feel like the characters generated in this way will have a stronger story element and will not merely be a random cute figure. I might try using the same method to create other personality-based NPCs, such as:

- A cafe worker who feel like never wake up

- A mechanic who is very shy but skilled at repairing machines

- A delivery NPC who always get lost.
