Reel suddenly getting almost no reach

Is Instagram glitching or am I missing something?
I posted a 33-second Reel today, and after 2 hours it has only 92 views. Normally my Reels get around 400–500 views within the first hour, so this is very unusual for my account.
What’s confusing me is that the engagement seems pretty good for the number of views: 15 likes, 11 comments, 4 reposts, and the average watch time is 31 seconds on a 33-second Reel. Instagram is also showing my skip rate as lower than usual and my like/share rates as higher.
The main thing I noticed is that it doesn’t seem to be reaching non-followers much. Has anyone else experienced this recently? Is Instagram sometimes delaying Reel distribution, or could there be something else affecting the reach?
Would love to know if anyone has had a similar situation and whether the Reel eventually got pushed later.

First psychiatrist appointment… did this feel rushed or am I overthinking it?

Hey everyone,

I had my first psychiatrist appointment today because I’ve been struggling with a lot of things for years, and I wanted to see if ADHD could be the reason. I’ve attached my prescription. I’d really appreciate your opinions or if anyone has had a similar experience.

These are some of the things I told him:
• I’ve never been able to stay consistent with anything.
• I’ve switched careers multiple times because I either lose interest or can’t stick with it.
• Focusing is a huge struggle. My brain is literally running 24/7.
• This isn’t something new. I’ve been like this since childhood. I always thought I was just lazy or easily distracted until I recently came across ADHD and realized a lot of the symptoms matched.

I also told him about my sleep. Before bed, I always pee. But if I don’t fall asleep within 15–20 minutes, my brain starts going, “What if you need to pee again? You won’t be able to sleep now.” Then I get stuck in that loop for 3–4 hours. It’s like my brain just won’t let it go.

The thing that threw me off was that before I had even explained everything, he asked, “Are you sure you have ADHD? ADHD is too cool these days. Everyone thinks they have it.” Then he said it might just be anxiety and that ADHD takes time to diagnose.

The thing is, I didn’t walk in because ADHD is trending. I only started reading about it because I genuinely related to the symptoms I’ve been dealing with my whole life.

I’m not asking for a diagnosis. I just wanted to know:
• Does this consultation sound normal?
• Is this how ADHD assessments usually start?
• Has anyone here been told it was anxiety first but later found out it was ADHD (or the other way around)?
Would really appreciate your thoughts.

Idk, if it’s ADHD or I am too confused in my life.

At 28, I feel completely lost in my career.

I graduated in 2018 and always dreamed of building my own business. So in 2019, I started one. A few months later, COVID hit. As a fresh graduate with limited savings, I had no choice but to shut it down.

I tried learning digital marketing and picked up the basics, but every job seemed to demand experience I didn’t have.

In 2021, feeling uncertain and under pressure to move forward, I enrolled in an MBA. I did well academically, but most placements were for field sales roles, and I knew that wasn’t what I wanted.

Then came a remote internship with a small startup. I wasn’t just an intern. I was doing copywriting, client coordination, managing designers and developers, and handling things end-to-end. I learned a lot, but the workload was exhausting and the work environment wasn’t healthy.

Next, I joined a market research company. I spent 1.5 years there, but most of my day involved cold calling people for research participation. It didn’t feel meaningful, and I wasn’t enjoying the work.

After that, I moved into B2B sales at a startup. The product was new, the resources were limited, and even basic tools weren’t available. I stayed for six months before deciding to move on.

In the middle of all this, life happened too,I got married.

Now, one month after my wedding, I’m job hunting again. And honestly, I’m confused.

I’ve tried entrepreneurship, marketing, research, and sales. I’ve learned something from each experience, but I still haven’t found a role that feels right.

Samay raina is a marketing genius !!

Watched Latent Season 2 and once again realized that Samay Raina is lowkey a marketing genius.
I genuinely can’t tell you a single feature of the sponsors.
But I remember Avvatar.
I remember AI+ Phone.
And that’s interesting.
Not because the brands were constantly promoted, but because they became part of the jokes.
Every mention felt natural. It never felt like the show was pausing for a sponsorship segment.
At some point, the sponsors stopped feeling like sponsors and started feeling like part of the cast.
Now when I hear those brand names, I don’t think of an ad.
I think of a funny moment from the episode.
In a world where everyone is trying to avoid ads, that’s a pretty impressive thing to pull off.

Is ₹920 for 2 Cokes normal at Cinepolis?

Went to Cinepolis at DLF Avenue today.

Our 2 movie tickets cost ₹600. We bought just 2 Cokes, one small and one medium, and the bill came to ₹920

I'm sorry but how is the cold drink more expensive than the movie itself?

I know multiplexes charge extra, but ₹920 for two Cokes is just ridiculous. We weren't even buying popcorn or anything.

Is this normal now or has Cinepolis completely lost it?

Have you ever felt like everyone else got the career manual except you?

At 28, I feel completely lost in my career.

I’ve tried entrepreneurship, marketing, research, and sales. I’ve learned something from each experience, but I still haven’t found a role that feels right.

What I do know is that I enjoy working with people, managing projects, coordinating teams, understanding client needs, and creating solutions. I want to do work that creates value, not just hit targets.

Has anyone else felt this lost before finding the right career path? I’d genuinely love to hear your story.

And if anyone knows of opportunities in client servicing, account management, marketing, project coordination, or similar roles, I’d be grateful to connect and learn more. You never know where one conversation can lead.
