When I went to the Ren Faire this weekend, I invited my mom & her dog along for the fun. He absolutely lost his mind whenever he saw another dog (in a friendly way, thankfully), but was totally chill with this ram statue we came across. This shot almost makes me think of those "accidental Renaissance" pics you see going around 😆

I've always identified with this card, being someone who almost prefers to sit in the corner of a room, observing & taking notes, than get in on the action myself. There's a lot you can learn when you stay still & watch the world unfold around you; there's a lot you can learn by simply turning inwards. The High Priestess is all about the wisdom that comes from quiet, still moments that make room for revelations.

I think this card may be intimidating for a lot of people & the art in this deck isn't doing much to counteract that theory haha 😆 maybe that's because a big part of Justice is being willing to accept the consequences of one's actions - often not an easy pill to swallow!

This is a Summer Exchange Thank You post for the ever-lovely u/hedgiecake! I'm a little nervous to type this up because I was spoiled so severely that I fear no amount of thank you's will convey my gratitude, but I will certainly try my best! A perfect swap buddy deserves no less!

First off, I really can't overstate how well-done the packaging was! So cohesive, so meticulous! And I love the way you incorporated the extras into the ribbons for an extra layer of excitement in unwrapping~ You really have a gift for making presents look pretty 🎁✨

Next, we obviously need to discuss how spot-on nearly all of the perfumes have been for me as I've been testing them. All of them have either been "this will be fun & different for special occasions" level of win, but most are like... I know I told you which notes I enjoy & everything, but how did you match my tastes so well??? Goth Club '89 by Whisper Sisters 🌹 smells exactly like this goth/kink shop I used to visit all the time, especially when you stood right next to their rack of perfume samples. Spirit Temple and Morning Star from Hexennacht 🎇 smell amazing separately & even better when layered together! Slow World and Private Teahouse by Chasing Scents 🍵 are such simply gorgeous tea scents that transport me to a Chinese teahouse when I close my eyes & sniff my wrists. And don't even get me started on the Andromeda's Curse 🌌 samples - some of those I'd even picked out for myself & am rather pleased to now have back-ups of!

And I would be remiss if I failed to mention all the delightful extras you included~ My whole family has tried at least one candy raisin each & expressed their surprise at how much they enjoy them (they're trying to let me eat them myself tho haha!) The book you picked was a psychically-inspired pick too, I think, because it's something I read from the library & wanted to have in my own collection because I loved it so much. (And the bookmark is so charming, I can't wait to use it!!) All the sticky notes & assorted other sticky things will be so useful for my solo RPG-ing. And I haven't played the game you included yet, but it is exactly the kind of game my partner & I love to play when a "bigger" board game feels intimidating.
